Friendly and welcoming staff? At 7 on a Sunday (4 hours to closing time), middle of summer, great weather, with less than 20% of tables occupied, staff said they "don't do any walk ins". Even after explaining having a 5 hour drive ahead, no other places around open and that we are happy for any kind of food, the girl behind the bar insisted it was impossible. Two other members of the staff, also behind the bar, not looking very busy and must have heard but didn't even acknowledge or showed even a slight sense of empathy. If the owner is reading this, maybe consider incentives for your staff who don't seem to care, do people not leave tips in Wales?

Going from the money they’ve spent on their website, location and prices I thought I was in for a treat .. oh boy !!! That was not meant to be .. walked in and the waiter / manager just stood at the end of the bar . I said ‘shall I walk to you?’ He said. ‘Yep’ .I was told to seat myself . I had to walk back in to get my own menu .. back in to order..Terrace lovely but food poor . Very expensive for what was takeaway quality . Ive had better a Wetherspoons .. and DO NOT have the garlic bread . Seriously dry white bread ..over all extremely poor all round . Won’t recommend and will never return ..

Staff are wonderful, lovely friendly service. Food out of this world, beef brisket is soft and tender, such a lovely bbq taste to the chicken. The nachos were very tasty. Highly recommend the Harbourmaster if you're looking for a dish Laden with meat and tasty flavours.

Booked for my Husbands birthday, it was the first time we've visited. The food was truly epic!! We went for the BBQ combo for two, it was huge, and so so tasty. Staff were lovely, and the restaurants decor looked amazing. Will definitely be back again soon, highly recommend!

Bit late getting around to this review but visited here a few weeks ago on a busy Saturday night. We visited for drinks and potentially some food as a walk in but as to be expected the place was jam packed. We decided to sit outside and have some drinks anyway. A table became available and the waitress came outside to offer it to us. The food was excellent and so was the service. We really wanted to leave a tip but we're unable to tip with a card payment and we weren't carrying any cash. Will definitely return

First time visiting here.Beautifully decorated inside with lovely views of the marina.Food was tasty but my only gripe would be that the portions are small.

Lovely modern looking restaurant overlooking the Harbour and a great selection of grilled food. We went for the sharer selection which had a bit of everything, all of which was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. If you are a fan of grilled meats you can't go wrong with this place. The staff were attentive and overall service was great. Would definitely visit again

Food was absolutely sensational! One of the best meals we’ve had for years and it made our five day break in Pembrokeshire simply the best!

The floating cabin is lovely, the only problem is the stand-by lights in the room. There are too many and need a sleepy mask to sleep okay
