Had food yesterday OK if you like dried up overcooked fish nd and layers of batter to make fish look look extra largeUsually OK yesterday was a disaster and at 13.95 not cheap.Won't be back.Bring a regular this past year

My wife and friends went there yesterday for a reunion meal. I have spoken to several of them and they said it was really good the staff were friendly and the food was very good so they said at least 5 star.

Food only. No stay. Disappointed with the meal received today.Ordered liver and bacon casserole.Informed server there was no bacon and was told it is a bit of everything left over.£16 for leftovers.

Had lunch with a lovely friend cod and chips special. Just right potion small but not to small.. cod in batter tasted great no oily batter.. young lady was on her own but still managed to keep everyone happy..

·

Fantastic meal and really reasonably priced. Rang ahead to ask about parking our campervan overnight and they were happy to oblige. There’s a separate motor home parking area at the back on the main car park, as the main road is fairly busy. Lovely spot to stop over.

Lovely meal from a small menu.only downfall was no sweet potatoes, I cant eat normal white potatoes and had to have a side salad (I hate salad)..reasonable price, friendly staff and very clean place..

Cosy, warm, friendly and exceptionally clean. Tables well spaced out and hand sanitizer readily available. We opted for the chicken and chips, which was tasty and plentiful. They served a good selection of Beers, and a really pleasant Shiraz, which we drank in front of the fire in the bar. We really liked it here.

This place is amazing! Had a fantastic meal for four. Good selection of meals and starters. Super deserts. The staff were wonderful and really helpful and cheerful. It was constantly filling up when we were there and I can see why. Excellent place. It isn't cheap, but the food and service are five star.

Shocking would be the best description for the app that you have to use to order, signal strength is atrocious and you get timed out on the app constantly. The staff do not have menus or understand the basics of how to make a customer feel welcomed . The restaurant had 2 other people in it and the rest was empty. With levels of service like this it is not surprising it is empty. We left and ate at the fish restaurant down the road which was really good food and great service.
