Nice clean pub but the barman was miserable, not welcoming, no smile. Had one drink and left

Rooms were very clean. Nice touches with the toiletries and water - it felt very welcoming. Good pub food on site. Friendly service. Small car park outside (we had no problems parking). We stayed here prior to a trip to Skomer. The only problem we had was that we needed to leave at 8am and that's when breakfast starts, but the owner kindly delivered a selection of cereals and chilled milk to outside our door at 7.30am.I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

It's a shame there are not more staff, the pub is beautiful in a fab location and is very well looked after but our meals took a very long time to come out. The food was delicious. A note to the owners, the menu on the website is out of date, we booked here because of the prices being so reasonable however they were all up by several pounds in some dates by £5.

Stopped off at The Lobster Pot after a day visiting the puffins on Skomer Island. Lovely pub and friendly people working there. Nice area at the rear to sit in the sun ☀️

·

We stopped on our walk from St Brides to Marloes and back. We all had the prawn sandwiches and drinks and omg they were lush and best for us they are dog friendly. Hopefully pop in again on our next visit. They were short staffed but the food came nearly straight away and they were pleasant staff.

·

Stopped in during lunchtime for a pint and food....staff were friendly and the food was good, tasty and hot...but we felt it was slightly overpriced for what you got. Beer garden was nice and the pub itself was bright and airy.

Stopped on walk for lunch. Ordered sandwiches - asked for 4 but only got 3 & they were wrong. Queried it & was told, quite rudely, that's what we'd asked for (why when there was 4 of us!). Staff didn't seem very friendly & definitely overpriced. Was looking to go there for an evening meal but decided against it. Obviously they don't need the business!

·

Average pub food. It will fill you up but nothing to get excited about. Wine starts at £20 a bottle! Nice garden.

·

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good choice of beers, meals look lovely and dog friendly. Will definitely be going back to the Lobster Pot inn.

·

Fantastic country pub. Staff were lovely and attentive, the locals made me feel welcome and the Ale with Lime flavouring was a great pint.
