Lovely food, staff very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely beer garden but too cold for us when we visited but I'm sure is beautiful in warmer weather 😊

Staff was very friendly and chatty .food was fantastic plenty of choice ate the both nights we stayed . Our hotel room clean and very comfortable best we have ever slept in .

Typical resort bar with 'food'. No starters, no desserts, no ale and no atmosphere. People behind the bar were nice.

·

Very popular for food, we had a nice meal the only disappointed was they don't do vegetables such as carrots or broccoli rather salad and coleslaw with mist meals. Would go back again, very nice inside.

Fantastic food and great service! We visited Tenby on 25 Jan and stumbled into The Normandie as it looked very cosy with the log fire burning. We were greeted by a lovely young lady with a great smile. We ordered the stone-baked baguettes. One with thick bacon and brie and one with Chinese chicken. They came with homemade coleslaw and fresh salad with dressing. The food was out of this world. The best lunch we had in years. They also use a local supplier from Narberth for their steak

This is a review of the restaurant. After a long day's walk on the Pembrokeshire coast, decided to warm ourselves up by enjoying a bowl of Cawl. Wasn’t disappointed. Excellent food, lovely service, and great quality all-round. Couldn’t find a fault. Definitely looks like a great place to stay and visit.

We stayed Nov 2021. It was a lovely room, very clean and handy having a restaurant onsite, although they cancelled breakfast. Good location right in the town centre. The downside is the noise outside, it would help if windows were double glazed. Also the parking. There is a car park a short walk away but it's costly if you're needing to park 24 hrs a day. The bar manager was friendly and helpful but in my view the lack of any emergency contact number or welcome pack in the room make it unsafe. Whilst we were there the room next door had a flood during the night with water coming through the lights. There was no one on site and no emergency telephone number given, so it was several hours before we could get help. Eventually someone turned up and said he was a worker so could deal with it. Complaints were made to him and the bar manager. The worker we later found out was the caretaker and had responsibility for ensuring rooms had emergency details. Hopefully by now they have put this right as their safety risk assessment certainly needs reviewing.

Sophie & Rosie went out of there way to ensure we had an amazing stay. James cooked phenomenal food especially the steak. Cannot recommend this family run business enough! Perfectly situated. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon! Thanks again for looking after us.

Didn't stay here but came in to eat 4 out of our 5 nights in Tenby,(closed other night). The restaurant was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Still had good selection of food even tho some items were off the menu same as lots of eateries. Prices were reasonable too. Service for meals was fairly quick for fresh cooked food which was hot and tasty. Portions were ample, I couldn't believe I had 17 pieces of scampi in my meal, never had that many before and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and would certainly come here again if ever in the area.
