Lovely and clean rooms, great view, friendly staff. Had the 1 night stay and plan on coming back. Reasonable prices for food and drink too.

Beautiful country hotel, amazing room with double bath and comfortable bed with stunning views. The food was a let down, the bread seemed stale and we discreetly brought it to the staffs attention and it nearly turned into an argument, also the vegetarian sausages at breakfast were cooked on the outside and stone cold inside. Some of the staff seemed a little spikey. Unfortantley a place we would not visit again. But amazing estate and surrondings.

Lovely night away. Great service and breakfast brought to room. Dog friendly with great walks and views. Restaurant wasnt available on time of visit.

A stunning hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed in the Dunluce 1 room which is the best hotel room we've ever stayed in. Kind, courteous staff and a lovely breakfast. We would return in a heartbeat!

Unsecure WiFi not working on laptop. Reception told me that Estate Manager would come and help, never showed up. TV remote broken. Luke warm bathwater. Never got given a mug with breakfast ...Dogs must be on leads despite website saying some areas were OK to be free. No info in rooms about flora and fauna, local walks, pubs even. Overpriced for what it is. V disappointing.

Beautiful grounds! Simply Stunning. Defintiely worth a visit. We went to walk the dogs around the surrounding countryside and picnic on the nearby benches, but will definitely be staying here on our nect visit!

Nice rooms but shocking wifi. Nice staff and nice grounds too, lovely looping walk infact. Real shame the tennis court is never seen too. We came to stay and play but it is covered in moss and mould.

A fantastic place to stay! Rooms are adequate, clean and comfortable. Please ensure you book a meal in the restaurant if you do nothing else. The meals are exquisite! You know you've had a top quality meal afterwards! - The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is amazing. Well worth the stay.

How this can be described as award winning luxurious accommodation I do not know!I’m not sure how this place can be classified as a 5 star hotel or even a B&B! This place relies hugely on its location, whilst the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful the hotel itself is far from the picturesque scene displayed on their website. We were booked for 3 nights staying in one of the granary rooms and whilst the bed was comfortable, there were numerous stains on the carpet and the furniture is cheap unmatched. The carpet itself is just awful, coarse and scratchy that you couldn’t walk on it in bare feet, not what we would expect from a supposedly 5 star hotel! The restaurant was cold, lacked atmosphere, cheap tables and chairs, but worst of all the food was bland and the sauce on both our different dishes was watery, we had to heavily season it to make it edible, we had to leave most of it and informed the staff who advised the manager would come speak to us, we heard nothing! The building is run down and shabby, just take a look at the pictures, there are no communal areas or proper reception area, it was almost like a hostel. What made our stay worse is that they closed the bar and restaurant after the first night with no reasons why! This was completely unacceptable as we were in the middle of nowhere, what were we to do.This place was such a disappointment that we decidedly to check out 2 days early which is something we’ve never had to do in our many years of travelling! We informed reception who were not the least bit bothered so we asked for the manager to call us, hours later after we left still no call, we called again and was told that the manager would not be in until the next day but would call us...two days later still no call!We are completely disgusted at the total lack of basic customer service, we hardly ate the dinner but they charged us for it, we didn’t stay for two out of the three nights but they still charged us in full, just terrible! Take our advice and don’t bother visiting this place!

This was a night away for my partners birthday. I must say what a beautiful place & the surroundings was amazing, she was really impressed with the stay. The staff at reception were very friendly and polite, The top notch room in which we stayed in (loose box) was very nice and definitely different with it’s original features. The only negative feedback is that they could do with is an upgrade on the TV & digital system but everything else was lovely.
