Last weekend we held a Celtic Cup Under Hockey Tournament at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre. After the day's activities we went to the Rising Sun for a Social get together. Andrea and her team laid on a hot buffet (description does not do the selection of food justice) for 48 people which was absolutely amazing. We actually stayed on their campsite which was great as well. A big thank you to all at the Rising Sun.

We arrived at the rising sun having been turned away from a previous pub for not making a booking. Their mistake. These ware able to accommodate us and the food was great. Nothing was too much for the management and family, offering us help and advice for our next month's trips walking the coastal path.We returned the next night so good was everything.. The pie was the best I have ever tasted! Steak, Guinness and Stilton with all the trimmings! Awesome. Thank you.

10/10! We can’t recommend this place enough. Not only was the food very tasty and fantastic but staff went above and beyond too. Will be returning!

Friendly welcoming staff, we ordered drinks on arrival, and got seated in the restaurant. Meal was delicious (sirloin steak for me) from the menu. Followed by a good selection of desserts too. And can also recommend the Sunday lunch!

Came to pelcomb for our honeymoon break, booking in some weeks prior. The owners are warm and welcoming, setting very nice and clean with meals very tasty. We had a meal Saturday evening and Sunday lunch which was plentyful and out of this world. Would highly recommend if staying within the area to visit or for any person moving into the area as you will not be disappointed. Thanks for the hospitality, service and great food!

It's been a while since we last went there due to the last owners letting the place down but due to the new owners and good reviews we decided to go for Sunday lunch all the family and I must say the dinner was fantastic plenty of choice and well cooked food will definitely be going again 😀

Good vegan option for Sunday lunch, which is also gluten free, including the gravy.Really tasty nut roast and accompanying veg.Sadly no vegan milks on offer for a cuppa. Would visit again though, and recommend :)

Under new ownership so went to see the changes. Had a very tasty Cannelloni washed down with Madri lager. A party of 24 had just arrived so all indications are that the business will be a success. Great hosts.
