Ignorant staff, really hard to get in touch with don't answer phone or respond to emails. Very unhelpful. Five star price one star service extremely disappointed

Made a last minute booking with my husband and grandson. Couldn't have been more delighted with our room/s. 'The Office' was a beautiful double room leading on to large bathroom with roll top bath which lead on to another room with bunk beds. Stunning view from our Juliette balcony.Hotel was a tastefully converted Manor house with lots of character and cosy rooms to just chill and relax.Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff (especially Julia) who were friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to be around. They were really busy but still went out of their way to help.Food was absolutely delicious.We've stayed in a fair few hotels but this is definitely one of the best. Can't wait to go back.

We had an excellent mini break. Food and service were outstanding.Our room was great but let down by an awful shower. Pressure wasn’t even high enough to remove shampoo and the temperature was very unstable.

Hade a reat time staff were great food was. Great golf was fab will definitely go there again👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve eaten at Trefloyne twice in 3 months. On my first visit I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. I dined with a mate after golf and it was awesome 5/5. A month later I took my wife for lunch, I had the burger this time and it was very poor. Dry tasteless, and without any sauce. The meat had been over cooked and was unseasoned. 3/5. The 3 was mainly for my wife’s meal. She really enjoyed hers.They say you can go to the same place on two separate days, depending which side of the bed the chef got out on, will govern how your meal turns out. I think My meal was proof of this.I’d definitely eat at Trefloyne again. Maybe I’d go at a busier time.

The head and neck massage was one of the best I have ever had. Thanks to Isabella. It was so good it has ruined all other spa visits for life. If I lived in the area I would come here every chance I had. Don’t miss an opportunity to feel relaxed and pampered beyond your dreams.

I'm staying down here for the week, the owner of the Cottage I'm staying in is a member here. He invited me to come & have a game, unfortunately I didn't bring my golf clubs. But went along with him, as he had a golf lesson, borrowed his SW & hit some balls. I must say the Clubhouse is fantastic, staff very friendly, course looks good, would have loved to play here perhaps next time.
