Recommended by the owner of the campsite we were staying at. Very glad we gave it a try. Excellent service, friendly staff and tasty food. Big portions and a really reasonable price. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely atrocious meal.Mixed grill 50% gristle.Potatoes cold .Sausages not cooked.Asked to get the sausages cooked again.Brought back and informed the " chef"🤣😂had cut them in half( totally untrue as I had already cut them in half along their length)and assured they were cooked.Scandellous.Leave this place well alone. There are much better places to eat locally.£45 for totally substandard food.Should be ashamed of themselves !!Will never return.🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢😷

Had dinner here on Saturday evening. Received a warm welcome from the landlord upon arrival, and throughout the evening the staff were excellent. The food was great, very tasty and good size portions. If you are in the area I highly recommend visiting here.

6 of us all having a range of various meals and without hesitation all agreed all meals were marvellous and well worth the visit. We'll done to the staff for making us and it seemed like all the customers welcome and comfortable.

We called here lunchtime for some food with our 3 children. My wife and I ate food and ordered a soft drink, 1 beer and 2 hot chocolates. We had a chefs lasagne with chips, salad and garlic bread and a light brunch ciabatta with brisket, side salad and chips. Cost £31.00Good, quick service and the food was very tasty indeed.Would definitely recommend this place and the prices are not extortionate.
