Disappointing. The menu advertised prawn Marie rose 'bloomer' sandwiches but this was not the case, the bread was thin. This might sound fussy but for £10 one expects more than a pappy mess. 2 stars as the extra side of fries were nice but again not enough quantity for the price. It's not worth a trip sadly.

A favourite place to visit when in Haverfordwest. There's plenty of free parking outside the shop which is easily accessible for mobility support users and anyone using prams, buggies or trollies. The store sells a bit of everything from clothing, stationery, food items, toys to home and garden supplies. All of it high quality so it can be pricey. My only disappointment with the shop is that they've got rid of the local gift shop they had there which was great for visitors to buy local souvenirs so I hope that returns. We usually go to the cafe which can be on the pricey side but it's a lovely, safe environment for a welcome tea break, breakfast or light lunch - all of it made to order. There was table waiting service too where you pay as you ordered. We've always enjoyed the breakfast and selection of hot drinks on offer in there and it's always been busy when we're there.

Great range of stock. Friendly and helpful staff. Not busy when we went. Clean and spacious. Found the items we needed, a rug and some coasters this time.

Such a multitude of products to buy all beautifully presented. Lots of space to Potter and peruse and enjiy food and drink whilst you shop x

Overpriced and the food is mediocre. £3.15 for a tea cup sized latte and 8.99 for a "breakfast".. thrown 6 little tomatoes and 2 cold mushrooms on the plate of 2 sausages an egg and a slice of bacon! Sorry forgot the spoonfuls of beans and chipped potatoes. No where near worth almost £9.. staff don't discuss the menu with you and you pay before you eat! Shame the cafe is in a nice place. We won't come back. Its not worth the pennies!

Truly one of the last of the great department stores. Service was excellent, especially Nigel in the bed centre, very knowledgeable, such a nice man! Gave us good advice about our new mattress and the accompanying vouchers have come in very handy towards some good quality roasting tins. Thank you Vincent Davies, we will be returning soon!

A great place to visit, they have quality products for sale and the staff are very knowledgeable. The cafe/restaurant is a great place to eat.

A really beautiful department store that literally sell everything you can think off. It's rather pricey but that reflects in the quality of products. The cafe serves lovely fresh food with a good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. For me, the best time of year to visit this store is late November/December as they have the most beautiful Christmas decorations and the singing penguins are a massive hit with the whole family. There is plenty of free parking inside with wheelchair accessible entrance

First time I've been to an out of town department store. It didn't disappoint. Set in beautiful Pembrokeshire on the outskirts of Haverfordwest. It sells everything you can imagine from the quirky to the practical. Very large store but if you need a break while browsing there is an excellent cafe towards the back of the store with views over the countryside. Pick from cawl to a Welsh burger. Cream tea to hot panninis. Drinks include coffees, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Order at the counter and it is brought to your table. I tried one of the panninis and a luxury hot chocolate it was all very tasty and the hot chocolate came with cream on top a flake dipped into it and little marshmallows hidden under the cream. Delicious. Very friendly staff eager to help throughout the shop. Well worth a visit.
