Barrs Traditional Takeaway in Derry

Ordered food online tonight at 4.59pm and it was delivered at 5.14pm. Unbelievable service and the food was lovely. Good value for money too.

It took an hour and a half to arrive, the chips I ordered where for two people to share, we didnt get them, and the food wasn't very warm ( had to reheat in the fryer ) . All in all really bad quality food to go with really bad quality service. I don't think I would order from here again any time soon.

Everything you order is beige and greasy.ordered before and was so bad never ate from chipshop since,then friend ordered and it was just the same .the chips are like a bag of scraps,the onion rings are burnt on inside and greasy and undercooked on outside.the gravy was like sludge.it like when u leave leftovers lying way to long

Always eat out Barr fish is always lovely but tonite got fish and chips fish sloggy and chips only half cooked saturday nite not good food tonite

Joke of a delivery service . My partner ordered some food at 8pm for me getting in from work . It took 2 hours for the food to finally arrive , when it did the food was freezing cold and the driver hadn’t dropped off the drinks we ordered. We paid online so they basically stole money from us and didn’t give us either the service or products that we paid for. When ringing up to complain we were told that the driver wouldn’t come back up and that we would need to ring the manager in the morning to sort it out . Had to be the worst service I’ve seen for a food company in a long time. I’d suggest avoiding them at all costs and using somewhere else that can be bothered with their customers .

Any time I got out of here the food has been dead yummy 😀
