The nicest coffee spot of all the big chains. Costa and Starbucks etc don't come close. Caramel latte and a caramel shortbread is just outstanding here.

I just love this coffee shop, it’s clean, bright and Cheery, and coffee delicious

Nice cuppa, over priced but toilets open to humans despite covid haha (wash your hands and sing happy birthday)

Very very busy so I do sympathise with them. That said, the queues can be very long and the coffee is decent but nothing special. Tables are generally kept clean which is nice although I’ve had to clear a space a few times. Stock dwindles towards the end of the day but that’s to be expected. Come early if you’re a Caffè Nero fan and want something specific.

AVOID - take your custom elsewhere!I was here yesterday. The chairs were stained, the tables had crumbs all over them and our coffee was lukewarm. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. This place hasn't improved in the year since I was last through its doors. I wish we had left, once we saw how dirty this place was.

Comfortable and atmospheric coffee shop in retail park. A little expensive so good for an occasional treat. Lots of free parking.

Caffeine required after a busy morning, no queues and served promptly. Server was pleasant, and gave great service. What more could I ask for…just the caffeine please! Oh, and the raspberry roulade is seriously tasty!

Handy coffee shop on the Crescent Link Retail Park in Derry. There's indoor and outside seating. Not far from Altnagelvin hospital and you can park for up to 4 hours.

Located centrally to many of the stores which makes it an ideal spot if you want to relax a bit after your shopping. The day I visited, was very sunny & a warn day which made it all the more worth to spend some time there. It has a good menu & loads of books which doesn't make much difference to me but my wife absolutely loved it. So book lovers wanting to have some good alone time with quality books is also not an issue. In short, you should try it!
