China Gardens in Derry

Worst place to buy Chinese food . I placed an order and didn't get it. They took my money it's been months and I haven't gotten my money back. The last time I ordered there chicken worms were in the meat. Don't waste your time going there they should be closed down by health inspectors

Used to be my no.1 go-to Chinese but they have increased the prices lately and cut down on the portions. No, thank you. China kitchen is just as nice but more generous and around a £ or so cheaper for a curry order. It was great while it lasted China Garden. But you have now slid from my first choice to 3rd choice Chinese in Derry. What a shame

Just phoned for delivery chicken for curry is cooked and then heated up reception didn't know if it was real chicken or processed won't be going back there

I had home made currys an nicer . Never will order again . The rice was pure mush . Wouldn't even ask for my money back u need it more then us .

This place used to be a decent takeaway, not anymore , the chips here are absolutely stinking, staff are to busy on there phones to change the oil in the fryers. Horrible .

Easily the best Chinese Takeaway in town. Affordable and delicious. Fast delivery too. Been ordering here for years. Enjoy!

This place must make an absolute fortune on undelivered drinks.Decent Chinese but they literally never deliver the drink. I’m probably owed at least a tenner at this stage. I ordered this evening and asked the driver if he had my drink. He said no, apologised and said he’d bring it up. I told him this happens literally every time I ring in an order. I’m sitting here an hour later and he hasn’t returned.What is the craic with this place? It’s no different when I order in person. I have to ask every single time for my drink that I’ve already paid for, before I leave the premises. The staff behind the counter couldn’t be less enthused either. They sit on their phones when you’re the only person in the takeaway, don’t look up, don’t say hello, don’t say thanks, don’t say goodbye. They don’t even hang up the phone to take your order. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous.If I’m gonna give this place my money, I expect at least some manners, if not my full order.

Absolutely rotten customer service and that's enough for me to never ever eat from there again and I'll be spreading the word too
