Great fresh options ....very healthy...good place for vegans and vegatarians

1st time visiting Hidden City Cafe even tho its on my doorstep. The menu vey different but staff very knowledgeable. Absolutely beautiful decor cleanliness 5⭐. Food & staff 5⭐. This cafe should not be a hidden gem in our city. ⭐

The food was amazing- Love to see so many vegan options. Nice coffee and the vegan brownie was the best ever!!!

We had a wonderful lunch, exactly what we needed on a cold,wet day! Soup and salad and it was more than enough. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and inviting.

Really cute cafe, lovely decor and the waitress (didn’t get her unfortunately) was just fantastic.Food was really nice but would have liked a little bit more sauce and dressings on the burger as it was a little too dry for me and the dressings came separately but otherwise recommend!

Had an absolutely superb lunch. Good city centre location for healthy and convenient food. Really enjoyed the vegan selection, my partner had chicken which was also nice. Had the best pot of oolong tea. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back and try out the evening menu!

Nice selection of vegan dishes, one of the only places in Derry that offers a mostly plant based menu, great staff too :) I had the seitan teriyaki and it was scrumptious !

My favourite place to eat in Derry! Its so refreshing getting to choose from such an original menu. I have tried most of their scrumptious menu and everything has been amazing! Food is always tasty, well prepared and presented. They will keep you coming back for more!

So I was excited to try this mostly vegan café while I was in the area and I'm sad to say I'm underwhelmed and disappointed. The staff member couldn't be more helpful, but unfortunately the food and drink was the issue. I ate my cake in, but had to get the rest to go. I had a cupcake with toffee sauce on top - the sauce was lovely, the cake was very dry. The soya latte was meant to have pumpkin spice syrup in - there was none so I couldn't drink it on the way home. The coffee itself was far too strong for my taste - and I can drink most coffees. The chickpea stew tasted more like a curry - which had I have known I'd have ordered something else. I dropped the lid and cleaned it up immediately, but it's like turmeric which has instantly turned my worktop yellow. I like to support vegan places making the effort, but I won't be back to this one I'm afraid.

The bread was very good with unfortunately too small portions of eggs (for the breakfast). The Hidden coffee latte was so amazing!
