KFC in Derry

Turned up this week “drive through only”. If anyone from KFC UK ever looks at these reviews, you seriously need to reevaluate the franchiser here. Cleanliness.. customer service … food safety .. speed and sticking to things like opening hours is all non existent. This city loves KFC but we’ve had a total s-show of an experience with it over the years. Please fix it

Was at the drive through Derry at weekend with my family and was served by a fella I believe was called Ross. He had excellent customer service, polite and our order was exactly what we asked even though he was busy. There was a lot of staff on working also. Normally this KFC, I and many others I know dreaded going to due to bad mannered staff and extremely slow service.Hopefully KFC are turning a corner after seeing all the reviews. Keep up the good work

Omg every mouthful of chicken was a spoonful of salt everything wee got was put in the bin uneadabill £25 put in the bin.. Kfc get ur act together the public can make better food that wat is made hear never again just close this please down and let some one else take over rotten. Just have a spoonful off salt before going hear

Food was great as it was fresh, but the staff werent the most polite. I visited 4 times, and in none of those times did any of them say "please" or "thanks" but the food was great 😋

Unhygienic. Tables weren't cleaned, toilets were filthy and no table service even though it stated table service. Staff were too busy on their phones to keep hygiene levels up and serve customers.

THIS IS THE WORST RESTAURANT THEY HAVE A STAFF SHORTAGE EVERYTIME WORST RESTAURANT I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. IT LOOKS WORSER THAN A GOATS HEAD.

I don't understand how this place can get it so wrong, all of the time. 🤮If I'm generous, I'd say 1 out of every 10 past orders have been correct, orders are constantly missing something, from wings to full meals... they are Always "out" of certain drinks or menu items.Eat-in, Drive-through, Delivery - consistently wrong and thrown in the bag like the customer had insulted Mr Sanders' mother...My teenage son brought me back a burger today that looked like it had been cooked and shrivelled under a hot-lamp for 2 months, my dogs actually turned their nose up at it.This is a global franchise, with set procedures in place, how can the only KFC within an hour's drive be so poorly run?

Very hard to tell if it's sit in during these covid times, and service is slow due to only one window. Also hard to see speaker where to order as very hard to notice normally. However the food is quite good, and if there is no queue then definitely worth the food.

This one's for my children who enjoy this once in a blue moon.we normally go to the drive through which is tight and requires manoeuvring to get close to the window where you will collect your order.the only other thing is their chips which on a parental level of pinching a chip from your child's meal will be down to weather you like chips with no skin or the normal mainstream clean cut personally I like the way their chips used to be not the way they are now .

I was over charged and when I queried it at the drive through window I was told it was a sugar tax. When I got home and looked at my receipt I was actually charged for a large fries and a large orange drink but regular size was provided. The receipt also notes a sweet chilli dip which I was not given, nor did I order.
