Mcdonald's Restaurants in Derry

Kids love it so handy and fast when on the go.

never have anything in stock , remains out of stock for a good 7 months , staff are nothing but cheeky and you would swear that the dips came out of there own pocket , one manager in particular is nothing but an obnoxious man whose hygiene is stank

wouldn’t bother with the place , never have anything in stock and don’t bother getting stock in for 3-4 months , whatever managers running the place is as useful as an empty glass of water in the desert!!

If I'd wanted freezing chips, I'd have gone to Iceland!Just used the drive-in post 11 o'clock. The food we got was room temperature at best and the chips had no heat at all to them, absolutely none.I tried going back to complain but there was a queue, which I wasn't in the frame of mind to sit in it. I tried the front door but it was locked. I then tried calling, but got no answer. This branch of McDonald's has served me poor quality food on the past, and tonight will be the last time they serve me anything. I will never, ever be back!

Ordered two flat whites. One cup was leaking from the bottom and the other tasted as if was just warm milk. Felt sorry for ordering from the girl in the drive thru as she sounded like she was asleep 😴

Average at best, I went with purpose to get a meal at night hoping to get the nacho cheese wedges and Coke Zero with a triple cheese burger , surprise surprise they are sold out of the nacho cheese wedges and Coke Zero… honestly so poor from management and such a big company , what’s the point of having them on a menu if you can’t order them ? Maybe just remove this until it actually comes in ? Don’t get me wrong triple cheese burger was absolutely beautiful! But honestly come on this seems to happy every time something new comes out ?

Early morning /late night drive thru and the staff so pleasant and helpful

Would give it zero * if you would let me, we asked an employee as we entered if we could order at the counter instead off using the ordering off the computerised mechanism as we were not up to speed with the computer larky stuff. I'm afraid not was the reply it's covid we're trying to have less contact. No-one cleaned any of the computer boards since we were in not so covid more like couldn't be arsed.

I am torn between 1 and 2 stars. It is shocking that on 4 different occasions when ordering through Just eat the order delivered was wrong or missing food. This has nothing to do with just eat as the are not the ones putting the food in the bag. It is terrible that when you want to treat the kids to a Mcdonalds they end up having to wait longer to have another meal prepared and missing out on the food with everyone else. On one occasion when my kids mother did get through to the Manager a promise of some vouchers was made and after 4 weeks there is still no sign of them. I am aware that this store is often busy and an errors can be made but 4 times is beyond a joke.

Staff are friendly. Service is fast. They have implemented a new queueing system off the main road for the drive in, but it wasn't at all busy when I was there so drove through it quickly.
