Leaving this review because I cant get through via phone. Don’t order any drinks because they always forget them. Then when you try to ring they don’t answer. Mr Chang’s some craic till he takes your money.

I never write reviews but the food taste awful. I tried to had a few more bites but I had to throw it all out. Plus I saw the cashier playing with food while talking to her coworker.

Off putting menu with low self-respect of their culture. Rude service overall and the food did not live up the previous review, dissapointing dinner for the road trip.

The food and customer service could be improved. Maybe treat your customers with respect before joining the F&B industry.

A very pleasant surprise, after reading some not so nice comments I was a bit sceptical but had my family over from london &, needed fed as they say. With array of food before us hot & very tasty.. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food itself was excellent & plenty of it. Absolutely no complaints from 8 adults all enjoyed a fantastic meal

I ordered food at 1700 to be delivered at 2100 because I had guests arriving, the food arrived at 1730 so I rang and asked could it be returned and fresh one sent back at requested time or a full refund the lady on the phone give me a horrible attitude and said “the food was originally accepted so they can’t do anything about it “ the food was later collected which I thought I would get a new one around my desired time. After my desired time had passed I contact for the 5th time about my food she said with such an attitude “you’re getting a full refund in the next few days!” So I won’t be ever back at this place and I shall be taking this further.

Food was over cooked and cold + the curry was at the point you couldn't even call it sauce anymore its waa that thick I lifted the tub upside down and nothing dripped out . So took it back and got nothing bad attitude back I was told ' well it was warm when it was cooked ' I live in the street next to the take away so it didn't go cold in my 40 seconds walk home. When I asked for a refund I was laughed at and told to get out ' crazy to think this business is still running

Was taking a dump when they arrived but I couldn't answer the door so the man kicked my door down and threw it on the floor.Now I need a new front door. Food was great though. Well worth it for the cost of a new front door.

So my wife orders the munch box. Salt n Chilli chicken and rice and curry, it comes and has no salt and chilli at all just dry as hell chicken, the rice didnt no what flavour was, and curry sauce was thinker then mayo thats been in the fridge for about a month.Wont be going there again and id advise anyone to stay away becouse that was clean stinking and ive had bad food in my life but that was up there with some of the worst...

Beautiful salt & chili chicken box with fried rice. I wish they still did noodles with them tho but them taking it off made me find out how amazing the fried rice is. 10/10, never a overly long delivery wait time. Has an app as well for easy purchases and always goodies which makes it the best Chinese in Derry
