Romeo's in Derry

Great fast service, staff were lovely.

Never ever get anything wrong, high quality food always and at a reasonable price. Can't fault this establishment. Very reliable for deliveries too. Thanks for years of good service Romeos.

Another yummy meal from Romeos,veggie burger,chips and pizza,delivery always quick and food always hot.

The food is fine and the quantity is always beyond what I can eat. My one quibble is the timer which tells me when my food will be ready. It's often ready long before I get there, and has to go into a warmer. Apart from that, I usually enjoy what I get.

Have been a customer of Romeos for a few years now. Always found their service second to none. Good food ,well cooked , fast delivery 🚚. Ordered something by mistake last night on line. Realising my mistake straight away I rang up to cancel one of the items and was told it was already done and there was no way they could cancel it. There’s no way a pizza was done that quick.s So I got a item I didn’t want and paid for it. I know it was my mistake but I think it was very poor PR on the part of Romeos

Long time fan of Romeos. Great to see their pasta compognollo is a favourite after having been away from Derry for a number of years! Speaks volumes to their success. Always well cooked and delivered fast!

Bought two burgers and one bag of chips.Absolutely horrible. Two burgers pink in the inside and burnt to a crisp on the outside. Totally inedible. Took them back but left the bag of chips at home. Owner wouldn't refund us for the two burgers and chips only the burgers. Not even a goodwill gesture offered for all the inconvenience of having to return to the shop with the food. Customer service is zero in this place as you can see from loads of other reviews

Ordered food tonight, two kebabs bag of chips milkshake and bottle of coke.Food came we poured two glasses of coke and my daughter took the milkshakeOn opening the chips there was a dead daddy long legs in with the chips 🤢🤢Rang to explain and was told we can get a replacement bag which we didn't want as we didnt want to eat after finding a nasty bug in our foodAgreed on a refund, when they come to collect the food they wanted to charge for the drinks as they where opened.Will not be ordering again as this isn't the first time we have found stuff (hair) never complained before but this time was enough 🤢🤢

We ordered a pizza and a chicken box, collected it just as it was being wrapped. To be fair, the pizza was great, no complaints there at all.The chicken box, however, was stone cold. The few pieces of chicken were cold, and some of the chips appeared to be cooked OK, but about half of them were only blanched i.e. part cooked, which is normal practice in many restaurants etc, but they do need to be recooked in the pan before serving. Chips certainly aren't supposed to be served to customers part cooked. The meal was not up to standard and so I re-packed the chicken box and politely returned it to the shop on Strand Road. The young lady who served me earlier was there, and a man who I presumed to be the owner or manager listened as I explained that the food was too cold to eat and was unsatisfactory, and some of it was under cooked. The guy started to explain that the sauce makes the food cold and there's nothing wrong with it. I didn't agree and I was surprised when he refused to offer to cook a replacement meal or offer a refund.It only cost £5.70 but that's not the point, it was under-cooked and too cold to eat. No attempt made to reach a compromise with a regular customer. I certainly won't be back, and I will leave as many reviews about the cold food and very poor customer service you can expect from Romeo's on every website I can find.
