Synge & Byrne in Derry

I like this place for a quick cup of good coffee. Staff were quite rude today though. There was an older lady in front of me and I was taken a back at how abrupt they were with her when there was some confusion over food orders. To be clear, the confusion wasn't on the customers behalf. Public facing work can be tough and stressfull at times, however if you can't be civil your in the wrong job.

Lovely food and service. Had the 3 salad and humus, followed by some lovely treats. Great spot to eat and relax. Music is great too.

Came here today and was disappointed. The salads on the sides of dishes are just raw vegetables tossed in greasy oil with no flavour at all. I was served by two girls today who made me feel unwanted in there. The worker with the orange hair in a bun and the worker with brown hair in a low pony tail were both incredibly cold and unengaging. Scowled at you no matter what you ordered. Two men on the table beside me even remarked on how cold the orange haired worker was.Very disappointed with my experience

Love their soup and wheaten bread. Fills me up every time. Delicious 😋

Located at the front entrance of Foyleside Shopping Centre. The food was nice, I had a Chorizo and Chicken pie with Pasta with salad and a Mocha. Unusually the Mocha required the addition of sugar though. Nice place for a quick snack and a chat.

Visited here several times in the past. Always get a flat white and carrot cake (creature of habit). Never had a bad coffee here. I would easily say this is one of the best places to get coffee in the city. Really nice atmosphere. Carrot cake is always very tasty. The whole cafe has a trendy/hipster vibe which I like. Nice seating area to relax and watch the crowds of people entering the shopping centre. Haven't tried the food before but there seems to be a great choice available. Would recommend here if your looking for a very good coffee

Stopped in for a quick bite as I always do when visiting the city of derry. today i enjoyed the vegan buddah bowl - fresh ingredients, colorful presentation and tasty. just wish i had some jalapenos to include. as usual the service is excellent , friendly and the surrondings very comfy. seating includes 2, 4 and large groups. a charge station is available.

One of my favourite coffees in town, has vegan and vegetarian options. Very friendly staff, always helpfull.
