The Exchange in Derry

Food as usual delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was the fact that we had to wait for 25 mins for a table. However good service once we were seated.

Didn't know what to what to expect, but after my visit I would highly recommend. Place was buzzing, food was amazing and the staff were friendly. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Derry.

We went on a Sunday night and the food was great so we went the next day and ordered from the lunch menu which is half the price from the evening menu, will definitely eat here next time we are in Derry !

Arrived at 5.30pm on Friday, were seated without delay (no reservations necessary) and were subsequently "spoiled rotten" by the most attentive and friendly staff you could wish for! We were a group of four with widely divergent tastes and there was nothing but praise for the quality and portions of the food from each of us. The service was extremely fast (unlike some restaurants serving alcohol) and we were constantly asked if all was ok.The Exchange is not cheap, but with all that has been said above, I found it great value for money. I will certainly be back.

Very welcoming staff quick service considering it was very busy. Food was delish and very satisfying. Worth a visit

This place has gone from excellent to awful. My boyfriend and I ordered, and weren't told we mistakenly ordered from the lunch menu (we had to point to items we were ordering, so the waitress would have known it was the wrong side). Then only half our food came out.We were never offered a chance to order sides, which we would have liked if we'd known we needed them (the waitress must have known this - I said "fish and chips"). All in all, this was not a helpful experience for visually impaired customers.Will not bother again. There are lots of other good places to eat in Derry.

We didn't have a reservation and got in and had lovely food. Service and food came quick and there was so much choice of food and lovely drinks. Would definitely go again. Picture is of the Chicken Stack £16.85 Sweet potato mash, roast pepper salsa, mozzarella, white whine and mushroom sauce. It was so good.My partner got the exchange burger which was really good and came with pepper sauce. Go if you get the chance

The service was friendly and swift, the food was good and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely return next time we are in Derry.
