We had a great afternoon attending the Beer Masterclass in the Walled City Brewery. Josh the head brewer led us through 12,000 years of brewing history whilst imbibing a wide range of beers brewed on site. The beers were fantastic and the craic was brilliant. What’s more it seemed to be great value for money. We heard also about their exciting plans for the future with an expansion that will include a tap room. Thoroughly recommended

Disappointing. Booked in share my table. Arrived early and was seated. Restaurant busy but not overly. Chose the cod and veg for hubbie and burger for myself. Waited a while for meals. Hubbies veg and cod were Luke warm. Replaced dish but a long wait. Didn't offer to take mine away. Chips were ok burger 1:5 . Staff pleasant but busy.

Walled City Brewery knows how to make good beer. They had a good variety of different beers, and every single one we tried was excellent. The delicious food was an added bonus!

2 for one on cocktails. Waitress tried to lie about it but finally admitted she was wrong and brought the second out which was fizzy lemonade with cranberry in a plastic cup.Furthermore the coffee tasted like tar. Disgusting. Had two sips and left it.Disgraceful, cheating behaviour from a disgusting place. I’ll never cross this door again and shall spread the word.

Tried booking for 8 people but the restaurant would not allow as per Covid regulations apparently. So then tried booking 2 x tables of 4 and still they would not allow even though we suggested siting in opposite ends of the restaurant which would have been possible as it was empty anyway (wonder why)... Sad end to a great day after being at the pantomime. Friends of ours had a party of 10 and were able to book 2 x tables of 5 in the Derry side... Pity we hadn't done the same. Have never been in The Brewery and there's no chance I ever will..

What a fantastic venue. The staff were amazing. Food was good and a fantastic selection of craft ales. Definitely recommend it and shall definitely be back again.

Meh - they may brew beer but not really a brewery, more like an upscale restaurant. Nowhere really to sit and hang if you just want to grab a drink, like a normal brewery taproom. And as for the beers - this is supposed to be IPA (see pic)??!

Amazing "Daily Hummus", very good burger, top notch service and a very nice range of locally brewed beers. I particularly liked that their 0 alcohol beer and their Gluten Free beer were both craft brews, because honestly these days anything a major brewery can do, a local brewery can do better, except distribution. I think I'll always choose flavour over distribution. The live band outside were also a great and appropriate ambience.
