KFC in Fermanagh

Went to KFC in Enniskillen today, I'm actually from ROI ... And OMG.... Iv never had service like it. Better then any restaurant... Staff member serving the tables ran all over the place for us, made sure we had everything we needed thought the meal ... Not just the start... could not do enough. I was dinning alone with my 2 & 3 year old which I had never done before and he made it so easy for me, I had to do nothing...they we were 100% welcome and looked after. And it seemed so did everyone else in the restaurant. Communicating with all tables regularly.... Absolutely made my day so it did.. so friendly. Didn't have to wait any time for food. Kids loved it. Couldn't recommend highly enough!!! ❤️

Very slow and forgot my cheese on my burger which I was looming forward to! Didn't understand me had to get my friend twig to help me order, food not bad but won't be back

Hit n miss with this place , sometimes it can be lovely other times chicken is rubbery in texture.

So sad, we love KFC but they are ruining this branch, through bad management and staff shortages, would be terrible if they close this down. Wish they would sort it fast, like a bad dream watching them ruin a great business, sincerely wish we could help.

Love the odd KFC but won't be using this outlet again. Worst KFC I've ever had. Over cooked, dry, basically not edible and most ended up in the bin. Very disappointing.

Anytime I’ve went in here they never give me out the correct food I order. The last time I went here I got food poisoning very dirty restaurant should be closed down

Only had the drive through open which is a shame when you want to come in and sit down, wash your hands before you eat and use the facilities. The food was very poor the chicken was very fatty and very greasy.

Food was great but had to wait too long from ordering to collection. Need to sort out that problem.

Friendly and professional staff but KFC in general can serve bad chicken. Occasionally it's too gristly to eat or seems uncooked in the middle. It should be called "Kentucky USUALLY Fried Chicken".

I've always enjoyed the occasional bucket of chicken as a treat but last Tuesday evening after 8pm I brought my son and his friend for a snack. They don't allow sit-in after 8 or 9pm (unsure) the customer area looked clean and well organised with Covid related signage etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, but when my son used the toilet and told me it was a bit dirty I had to investigate. I was shocked to see how bad the toilet was, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for days. Very disappointed.
