Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We arrived as a large party of 10, kids included. Food was delicious and was very reasonably priced.

Called in (after previous v positive experiences) after leaving a sister restaurant in Enniskillen earlier that evening where the service was appalling ...Shown to a seat on the ground floor; whilst walking down to the table my shoes were sticking to the floor for some distance which I found strange ...Plenty of floor staff 'milling about' whilst looking like not doing v muchShown to a table and I then realised after several minutes my shoes were in a pool of liquid and I was sitting in an area of v damp seating - skirt soaking and suede seating covered in food remnants from previous diners ... swiftly asked to move and we were shown upstairs.Food ordered and delivered to us.I ordered a prawn pasta dish served with what came as a 'slice of' flatbread; first reaction - bread served on pasta and was freezing ...Another diner in our party at that time mentioned their other pasta was cold too.The prawn pasta consisted of about three prawns - the smallest kind ... was lukewarm and I noticed the bottom of my bowl was swimming in liquid akin to hot water - like a large mug full in volume of it ... with a few chopped up baby tomatoes - like two in minute pieces ... other than water - that was it - soggy pasta.I had expected a ragu style prawn and tomato dish.My extra chips served - at this stage starving were McDonald's skinny fries - I had ordered rustic fries ...Called staff who called 'Manager.'Manager advised he hadn't got proper delivery of chips in due to Covid - strange excuse that when Covid rampant for last two yrs ... hello ... it's a restaurant you employ chefs - go buy potatoes and cut some - home style ...I suggested the onus was on staff to tell customers if they were not to receive what they expected - he told me staff didn't have time to transfer this info to customers ... time to talk other drivel though ...I asked about my bowl full of liquid that would require draining; he advised that was the liquid my prawns were cooked in ... I replied hardly likely when there only was three of them - and if it was garlic butter ... like he suggested I didn't go there to put on half a stone ...Two pasta dishes totally untouched ...Three chip portions untouched ...Two ruined birthday meals, a ruined evening and a row when we arrived home great ...'Manager did remove two pasta dishes from bill but damage done ... I could do without the schoolboy sassy attitude ... we had travelled some distance to get there but will not be back.Do yourselves a favour and rustle a dish up at home...

Fantastic food, great atmosphere and staff were brilliant

Was disappointed after the great reviews. Had to ask for clean cutlery as the one on table was dirty. Chicken wings were really nice also the firehouse rump was ok. Pizza a bit overpriced as it was nothing special. The beef ragu was not nice at all, felt like beef was just thrown in a jar sauce and mixed with pasta.

Visited as party of 4 adults and 2 young kids and loved it.We recieved a warm welcome and the great service just continued from their. Staff were really excellent and nothing was too much effort, especailly with the kids. Now the important stuff the food which did not disappoint. Kids meals were great value at £5 and food was plentiful. As a group we got two pizzas, flat bread and burger which all arrived very quickly and piping hot.Food quailty was top quaility too and the rump steak on the pizza & flat bread was so tender and full of flavour. If you are in the area this place is a must! Highly recommended!
