Great atmosphere. Friendly staff who will go beyond boundaries to make the experience better. Breakfast was great. Juice provided with coffee.

Wonderful food in a great location down by the lough shore. Definitely a hidden gem!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. We (4 Friends) are back from our second fishing package. 2 nights B&B, Dinner and full days fishing including boat, all gear, bait etc and fabulous packed lunch. You can switch off and just relax and have a wonderful days fishing with the best of equipment. Then come back to restaurant and enjoy fabulous Guinness and food cooked by renowned chef Pascal Brissaud. He might even tell you a fishing story or 2 ! Pascal and his team make you feel like you are home. Can't wait to get back again.

Such a tranquil location. The food in the restaurant is top quality and the French / Irish decor is so nice and the French / jazzy playlist suits nicely. We loved our 2 night stay in room 10. Lovely views onto the Lough and very spacious, particularly the bathroom.

Went there last night and disappointing that waiter firstly couldn't find our order in the book. To top it menu was very poor standard, very basic and only told when taking our order that no beef of any dish available. Won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Amazing place. Overnight stay with breakfast and three course meal. The food was fantastic, a gem of a place. Can't wait to go back

Took family and parents for Sunday dinner, bad mistake, table booked arrived and no where to sit, my father was on a walking aid and no one would help us get seated. Then the food was very slow and cold on arrival. Never again

I loved the Watermill Lodge Restaurant and loved that I could stay there as well. I wonderful location with fabulous food. The staff are so friendly that we felt like honored guest. There we a few problems in the room that keeps me from giving the Watermill Lodge a solid five stars. The room was lovely, but the bed seemed old and needs to be updated. Also there is a commercial exit sign in the room that is so bright and impossible to turn off that the room did not get fully dark to sleep. Aside from those two issues the Watermill Lodge is a solid 5 star place in my mind and I will be back.

If it was possible to give a zero rating then I would have done so. From entering to leaving we were treated terribly . The service was shocking and terrible . Our food came out and it was not even what was ordered, cheap frozen onions rings served burnt and charged over the top for these. My partner asked for sauce separate with her steak and it came over the food, it was sent back to kitchen and shockingly the same food came back on a different plate still with sauce stuck to the food. The French waiter was scruffy with shirt tail hanging out, the blonde waitress was obnoxious foul language and not very nice at all. She spent most of the time talking very loudly at the bar or checking her phone. We asked her 3 times for drinks and got nothing. Our bill was incorrect and they definitely do not take constructive critism. We witnessed the owener pubicly humiliate customers by insulting them as they walked off. Disappointing let down .
