mcnultys fish and chips in Limavady

Left waiting more than an hour outside with a child I'm the car, partner went in to check why everyone was getting their orders and they said they lost the order then found it again. Not good enough!

It has always been known as the most expensive chip shop in the town and had the smallest portions. Under the management of Brain McNulty this was always the case but the food you did get was really good.Now the chips are not as good and the food just isn't as good since the business was sold.They are trading on post glories I feel, as it certainly wouldn't win an award at the moment that's for sure, just my opinion of course. So nothing libellous from me.If one is looking to get a chip shop takeaway in that area of Limavady go to Patterson's known as The Chip shop which is just a minute walk down the hill and on the other side of the road from McNulty's.

Was looking forward to heading to McNultys after years of not going here .I was really disappointed , food was cold and I was there straight away sitting in the car outside when they said the order was ready . Fish was average . Portion sizes small . Real shame as this would have been my go to chip shop when I was home before . On a positive , nice to see gluten free options and my dad loved his battered sausage.

Top quality fish and chip shop with great staff and beautiful food

I travel 10 miles to get my family fish and chips from McNultys as we think it offers the best gluten/dairy free chipper experience in the area. A few members of our family are gluten and fairly intolerant, so having McNultys as a takeaway option is great. The gluten free batter on the cod is as close to the real thing as I’ve tasted.

Had food out of here last weekend & this weekend it was absolutely gorgeous we all had different meals everyone's food was fantastic service was great very highly recommend 🍿🌭🍔

Got 2 Fish Suppers here a few days ago and wasn't impressed.. Not only was the portion size miserable the fish was very greasy and quite mushy and the tub of curry Sauce I ordered with mine was very gritty and full of lumps and didn't taste very good. Not impressed at all considering it cost us just over £17. Got to do better McNulty's.

Great food. When we were in the office we would get a take away every Friday for lunch from here. Portions are great and you get a real can of fizzy mineral which you don't get with other chip shops with the the lunchtime specials. Even with a big other there were never any issues. We would get this now at home as a treat at the weekend and have never had any issues whatsoever

Ordered a chicken fillet burger which i've had there before. Got the burger and its just a bit of chicken shreaded, when called to ask about it. Got a checky woman on the phone and was very patronising towrads us. Worst service i've ever experinsed! Even in fb message rude as hell and got blocked. The customer service is awful the way the speak and treat customers is the wrost in town!

Would give it 10 stars for the fish alone. Good sized fillet full of flavour. It's good to see generous portions still been given when others are providing smaller offerings and constantly increasing the price. First time since I left school I have eaten here (32 years) I have been back twice already. People try the cod honestly it's great.
