Friendly staff and lovely food. It's a wee bit out of the way but well worth it.

Lovely welcome. One of our party forgot his mask and the young woman simply went to reception and got him one. Very cosy with an open fire.The staff were so pleasant.The food was absolutely beautiful. I've not had a meal out as good for ages. Everyone agreed. Highly recommend this wee spot.

Fabulous spot. Friendly and welcoming staff, an excellent menu with first class service and food quality. Loved our meals and the atmosphere. Felt very safe in these difficult times.

Pleasant enough place for lunch (and there is a lunch menu with plenty of choices, which isn't mentioned on here or on their website). The service felt a little spotty though, with some parts of the food missing and other orders forgotten. The place was reasonably quiet when we visited so this was a bit of a surprise. Generally good value though.

Great food as always. Kids had chicken nuggets and chips and sausages and chips. Mother in law had prawn open sandwich which she loves and even though it's not on the evening menu they make it for her. Father in law had lemon sole which he gets nearly every time, I had the Cajun spiced chicken fillet which is so tasty. Lovely friendly staff, great service, all safety measures in place. Just love it. Recommended to book.

We had a family birthday and were looking for a local place to drop in for a meal. Another nearby bar restaurant was full, and we managed to get a space at The poInt bar, which was really busy as well.We were able to have drinks in the bar until our table was ready, and the Guinness was fantastic, so different when actually consumed on the Island of Ireland!We ordered a few chowders, a cod, and a burger, and all were really good, but the chowder not as good as it should be really, too thin.Altogether a good experience, good atmosphere and well looked after by staff. Thank you.
