Amazing food and hospitality staff were excellent and food served very fast for a coach party of 45, great place to stop drivers for an amazing breakie lunch or full dinnerWheelchair friendly and easy access for elderly, ample coach parking also

I couldn’t recommend the ponderosa more ! I stopped by today and ordered the Hake with salsa. I was blown away with the subtly sweet and delicate hake, cooked to perfection. Paired perfectly with a fresh zesty salsa !I am excited to stop by again and see what other options this place has to offer 😀

Stopped for lunch on the way to Donegal. Very good food. Only thing that let it down was not having a lunch menu. A la carte can be a bit heavy for the middle of the day. Sandwiches / Paninis etc would be an excellent addition to the menu. Couldnt fault it otherwise.

Stopped here with my mother for some lunch. Lovely modern restaurant and spotlessly clean. I had the fry which was delicious. The black pudding was top drawer. Very friendly staff. Great stop on the road to and from the north west. Highly recommend.

Came here with my mam yesterday for some lunch. Blown away by the food! My mam had the chicken tower and I had the honey chilli chicken with garlic chips. Delicious and very fresh. Lovely friendly staff and clean toilets. Couldn’t fault it. Will definitely return!

For many years, I have driven past The Ponderosa when travelling between Derry and Belfast. To those who pass it frequently or infrequently, rather than pass it, you should drop in. I stopped off in the afternoon with my wife and two kids for a snack. A warm, natural welcome awaits in a tastefully decorated bar where friendly staff serve the hot food menu with good choice. Overall, a very pleasant experience in Ireland's highest pub.
