Uno Noodles in Limavady

Was poor for a while but I'm happy to say the food at Uno is excellent once again

4 stars for the food, zero stars for customer service, average 2 stars. We were 7 miles away outside Bellarena in a holiday home, and went to collect our order.When we got back 20 minutes later, one of the meals was missing its chicken part, the main part. Phoned to be told I'd have to come back to collect it, which I did after explaining that by the time I got back to eat my meal the rest of it would be cold as it was a 30 minute round trip there and back roughly.When I got there to pick-up my missing meal I was handed just the missing part, offered a couple of cans of coke (which I refused) and got told the rest of the meal should have been in the bag !!! To which I replied yes but it will be stone cold when I get back , almost 1 hour after originally picking it up from the Chinese, and the reply was "ack, hopefully not"So terrible I just walked out in disgust !!Would it really have been so difficult to add in fresh rice and sauce??If they had, then I would have been satisfied and I wouldn't be writing this review, or maybe giving a positive response instead.To answer the owners questions, I only know it was a female on the phone and in the restaurant who I spoke to, however I don't know if they were the same person as there were 2 female staff on last night.I did make it abundantly clear both on the phone and in person about the remainder of the food being cold when I was able to eat it.The food was spoiled by this, as it indeed WAS cold when I got back.Even the chicken which I went back for wasn't that warm when it was handed to me.I usually holiday here a couple of times a year, and Uno is one place we always look forward to, and the food is usually delicious, it's just a shame that this visit was a let down.Thank you for your response

Customer service was amazing, friendly professional staff ! I had chicken fried rice, salt and chilli chicken balls and Curry sauce. Curry was perfect, chicken fried rice was great and the salt and chilli chicken balls absolutely Incredible, new chefs know what they're doing for sure! Happily and strongly recommend New Uno cuisine !

They have massively improved. So good I went back a second day. Last year I literally got The worst food I've ate in my life. But I have to say they have improved.

Paid £5.65 for salt and chilli ribs and got a box of burnt veg and 4 stingy burnt ribs. Rice, chicken and even the peas were burnt on chicken fried rice special. Awful burnt taste and had to chuck it in the bin because when i rang to complain, i was told 'we will look into this and make sure it doesnt happen again, but theres nothing we can do about it now'. So i might as well have thrown my £15 in the fire as it was not fit for human consumption. Will never be back and will certainly be advising people not to eat here.

Got a meal from Uno over the weekend - the first in a long time. I've always really enjoyed the food from here but not this time - - the fried rice was burnt.. How can you burn a staple dish and still serve it to customers. I have since heard that this has been a recent, regular occurrence.
