Lovely atmosphere, excellent staff, always excellent food, definitely recommended

Hi was here last weekend, it was very busy, an the coffee an croissant was very good. But I watched a staff member clearing the table next to us, she lifted everything off it but wiped it with her hand no cloth no spray. Leaving bits of food still on the table, then a family with children sat down to eat. Nasty 😱it was busy but no excuse.

Great place to hang out with friends, lots of space to sit and taking pram. Food is ok, only come here bcs it’s nice atmosphere and close to everywhere.

Staff were all very professional, polite & helpful.Pleasant surroundings & good service but the only disappointment was the lack of balsamic dressing on the girls salads( apparently because there was no more in stock) It may seem a trivial thing but it did spoil the meal somewhat.Apart from that, very good.

Quick cuppa & tray bake very tasty .... lovely location spacious & cool inside as it was a warm day ... plenty to choose from .... friendly helpful staff ... reasonably priced

Really great quality food! The staff are awesome and chatty. Unfortunately the prices are very high so I can't go as often as I'd like 😕

The staff here went above and beyond for my family on our visit today we have a child with a fair few allergies and it is usually very hard to find anything for her to eat when we are out in cafés restaurants or other food places (we usually bring a packed lunch for her) but luckily bob and Bert's omagh have a good range and wer able to run through the menu and their allergen folder to find a meal she could have with her sisters and then took extra care by re-washing utensils she would use and even found a dessert that she could eat and sent it out in a little mug all the staff were great but particularly Sarah thanks so much for your extra effort 🙂

Magherafelt location was five star, Omagh was less than one. I'll try it again before I speak with owners. Senior staff in this location were very non interested in customer feedback.

Really nice coffee and cakes. Staff are nice. It is very busy so the tables/floors are often messy with the previous people's food.

Lovely food and coffee, I had the spicy chicken stack on flatbread, might be a strange request but ask for it on the waffle with syrup instead of the flatbread and mayo, it may sound odd but definitely worth a try!
