Failed to get a simple order correct, had to drive back for what was missing, no apology, no offer to redo the whole order given mine would be cold by time I drove back home again…just pathetic attempt to blame the people in the kitchen for not packing the order right…rubbish service!

As we were in town and wanted chinese food we asked Google, Lucky Inn was closest.So glad we went here, food was good though hot 🔥 .I got chicken & black bean sauce with chips and my wife had plain crispy chicken with boiled rice, and the receptionist was a very pleasant young lady, we'll be returning here.15 minutes order until ready.

Food tends to be good but delivery painfully slow - often we’ll over an hour, and they NEVER answer the phone. Every time I want to order it takes 20, 30 or more calls to get through. On the last occasion I ended up driving to be told “yeah, we just don’t answer the phone if we’re busy” I’ve had enough of the terrible service now, and won’t be back.

Got 2 crispy chicken specials tonight with half chip and fried rice. Chicken was awful, dried out and couldn't even bite through it. Think it was made days ago and reheated or something. Waste of our money and won't be back.
