Sat for 50 minutes food order must of went somewhere else because we certainly didn't get anything not even a apologise thank god for KFC.

My husband and I ordered the dolan fry with a portion of chips today....absolutely disgusting the whole meal .....the sausages were terrible the bacon and onion ring was full of grease...the chips were overcooked and cremated....should have said something but we didn't but will never be back....plus the lady that served us was not wearing a mask so didn't want to talk to her too long...the place has been done up recently and the decor is lovely pity the food doesn't match it....

Lovely renovation, place looks great. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Food was nice too, though the coffee was a tad bitter. Overall a reasonably good dining experiences.

Very poor customer service and not very nice staff especially the long serving staff. Need to be retrained in customer service and people skills. Used to shop here alot but stopped due to bad experiences.

The front of house staff are excellent fair play to the girls they were on the ball with everything! Lovely comfort food cooked up quickly & very good value, looking forward to going back

Chips very cold fish was cooked a number of times . And by no means the food if you can call it that was not good I won't be using this take away again

Service was very slow today. And the food was just OK next to no stuffing with the turkey n ham plate was flooded with gravy would have like gravy on its own to put on my plate.
