The Order never arrived and when I rang them when it was 30 mins late they told me it was on its way so i waited and nothing and when I tried to phone again it was too late as they shut so bare faced lies

The worst food i have ever had the displeasure of stumbling across, l gave the majority to my dog who now tries to bite me every time i come near him. To call this Pizza is an insult to Italy, and to call this food is an insult to humanity. It was some how burnt and raw at the same time. The abysmal taste refused to leave my mouth and kept me awake for hours, I ordered the kebab for my girlfriend, and now we have to attend advanced couples therapy because of trust issues. If you hate your internal organs and have the taste buds of a picket fence this is the place to be. The only positive from the experience is that i got a day off work because i was bed bound the next morning, reason being that both my entry and exit ports are leaking fluid like a X reg Transit van.

Just ordered from here food was not nice at all Donnor meat was very chewy it was like it add just been warmed up in the microwave would Not recommend it to anyone

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Staff are rude, disrespectful and have a bad attitude! Last time we came here (2 weeks ago) we tried to order face to face-whilst taking our order, 3 times the girl answered the phone and took their order first! So rude! Challenged her about this apparently its what they do, she said who else is going to answer it!Don't know why we went back again last night so rude again practically threw the pizza across the counter, when asked why they said because they are busy! very aggressive, rude staff! Asked to refund food and we left.!

Always ordered from here for years they fetched my takeaway tonight no problem but an hour later the delievery driver started banging on my door that much he scared my child and i mean banging not knocking bcos they didn't get I had paid for my order on line. ...bang out of line. Lucky for him my partner wasn't home

Placed an order for collection when I turned up no record of my order. They had to take it again and I had to wait in the shop for 30 minutes whilst my order was being prepared. All thd while just eat drivers were coming and going. A free bottle of Pepsi just wasn't good enough will not be going back

If you like an hour and a half wait and stone cold food, this is the place for you. Ordered a pizza, a chicken kebab, a garlic bread and 3 portions of chips. Upon delivery I remarked "thought you'd forgot about us" to which he rudely replied "yeah busy" I paid and told him "yeah you'll not be busy at our door again" Kebab was cold dry chicken, chips cold and at times mushy, garlic bread and pizza were room temperature, only warm item was the salad!!! Will not use these again.
