KFC in Barnsley

Very nice, juicy chicken and hot. Chips are well made. Only issue is there was no Pepsi max which isn’t a big deal. Also missed a popcorn chicken from the order but was fixed very fast.

The Chips were barely cooked as usual.The standard chicken was dry with the worst coating I've ever had on fried chicken anywhere.The limited edition spicy chicken bites almost resembled chicken.The hot wings were spot on though along with the gravy.

Right then where do I start. Ordered a bargain bucket from here on just eat. Order came on time excellent. But the food OMG. I love kfc but this jesus was really bad. Over fried left. in the warmer. Overnight probably when you bit in to it.just tasted of grease. In the bin. So I tried to get a refund. No chance it's justeat vs kfc and neither is goodwill. So dont waste your money. City chicken is good.😆. Still taste it now.🤮

Absolutely no organisation, stood waiting ages to be served even though there was no queue and then cashier put through the wrong side I wanted on the till and told me it couldn’t be changed!! Waited absolutely ages, no way is this ‘fast food’ and what we got was cold. I think they’re more interested in getting the ‘just eat’ orders out - after all they get an extra £2-3 per meal from those. Also no one clearing tables so although there weren’t many people sat down there were no clean tables. In fact, the whole place was disgusting and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for a month 🤢 maybe instead of having 4 staff members outside having a cigarette at the same time, you should have them inside cleaning up and emptying the overflowing bins

Just been through the drive thru. After an incredibly long wait to get to the drive thru window we paid and had our drinks passed to us, then the window closed. We waited and waited. There was no explanation why we were waiting. When the food eventually came it was just passed to us with a comment 'there you go'. There was no 'sorry for your wait' or anything. We thought at least the food would be hot, but it wasn't.Totally disappointed and certainly won't be going back. No customer service. Terrible !!

Me and my daughter went here last week for a quick tea. I thought it was beautiful, loads of chips in snack box and chicken skin lovely. Gravy was slightly too thick but better than too runny lol. The reviews make me laugh when people say "we order here regular and they always get it wrong".STOP bloody ordering then if you're not happy. We really enjoyed it.

Stood at the counter waiting for a few mins and had to ask to be served as they clearly couldn't be bothered to ask if I was ready .. Which is unlike most FAST food organizations !I asked for a snack box 1 piece with chicken breast, which I've ordered countless times over the last 10 years since they offered the deal... 'We can't give you a chicken breast as part of a snack box,'... Claiming they only get 2 in a pack which are designed to go into bucket meals .. How ridiculous and how pathetic ? I threatened to walk out without ordering then it was suddenly authorized by a manager.I will not return to this store again in a hurry. most KFC branches are usually spot on nowaways but this one is still miles behind the curve.. Clearly a franchise !

Every time I've ordered from here they have missed something, all I got tonight was contact just eat, why? they didn't miss the order, you guys did! A whole £5 worth of food not put in with the rest of the order! I won't be ordering from you again, I'm tired of not receiving what we pay for.

Everything was freshly cooked, not sat warm for hours. The whole family ate what they wanted and there was spare to take home. Service people always get a discount, all in all very happy all round for £23.

Paid for 2 trilogy meals alongside a fillet box meal at Barnsley Drive Thru this evening. It was a long wait to get the order then when we got home the orders were incomplete on the trilogy. To say am disappointed is an understatement. I understand staffing for the wait but to get this wrong and overpaying for the privilege is unfair and also realistically goes against trade descriptions as the order was not complete. See photos.
