Yummy Open Kitchen in Barnsley

Ordered food was waiting over an hour 5 minutes before it was supposed to arrive the cancelled it saying there wasn’t enough drivers, don’t take in deliveries if you can’t support them all, huge let down don’t order waste of time

I don't know what's happened to the food. Been customers of yummy kitchen for around 19 years. The one we had tonight just wasn't the same, and we actually didnt enjoy it tonight. Which is sad, because we've always loved yummy kitchen but somethings changed, specially with crispy chicken in Cantonese sauce and the bbq sauce 😭😭

The best take away by far. The food is always delivered quickly. The food is always cooked to perfection and arrives hot. The delivery staff are always cheerful and friendly.Never been let down by Yummy's.Fantastic.

Ordered on foodhub, given 1 hr 15 min as delivery time. 1 hr 30 minutes rang to check. Not even cooked, and told very busy. Shouldn't take the orders if can't meet them. Told a further 30 minutes. Finally turned up 2hr 15 minutes. On the whole nice food apart from chips which seemed to have been cooked when we ordered. But passed it and didn't enjoy. Never again.

Ordered at half 7... Said it was due to arrive in 40 minutes. 60 minutes later we tried to call the restaurant 15 times to see how long the food will be with no success. By this time we had been waiting nearly an hour and 20 for our food! Then our time changed to your food will arrive by 9:50! Another 45 minutes.... Safe to say I was royally annoyed by now and drove to the restaurant to ask how two dishes take 2 hours and 20 minutes to deliver 2 miles.You shouldn't be taking orders if your too busy to get the orders out... AVOID ....had what looked like a young 15 year old lad running the phones and service out front. Seriously take your business elsewhere I told them to bin my food just out of principal!

Amazing food and amazing service ive been going here for years when i was younger as a family we would go every Friday and now im older in my own house and we order from here whenever we feel like good chinese food. I couldn't fault a single thing about this place absolutely worth it, thankyou for your hard work during this pandemic, outstanding customer service.

Staffs attitude is disgusting, hung up the phone and ignored my call again.Delivery driver calling the odds and shouting in the background that he won't deliver as we're not in Wombwell.Will never use or recommend.Horrendous first attempt at ordering!!!0* if I could purely on customer service!

Extremely poor customer service.Cashier that clearly don’t know their job.Ordered over £25 worth of food and travelled 10 miles to collect because they don’t deliver to my area , I always use this Chinese and have done for years . Upon getting home and unpacking my order it was wrong my chicken came dry with no sauce .( This went in the bin) I rang them back and they offered to replace my order, I gave the cashier my name like she asked and I’ve gone to order tonight to be told I did not order my food from them and that there isn’t anything written down to say I’d complained and would not replace my order . I will be going in to speak to the cashier this week to see why she’s lied . Do not order from this Chinese as they’re utter scammers with extremely poor customer service. You’d be better off flushing your money down the toilet .I highly recommend Master Chef who I went to this evening for my meal and it was excellent quality and can’t believe I haven’t used it so far .
