Absolute shambles, order came earlier than expected not a problem but had an item missing from the order rang them they apologised and said they would get the burger out ASAP, waited over half hour for the burger to arrive for it only to be wrong. I had ordered Mexican burger was ment to have cheese chicken jalapeños and tortilla crisps on it what I got was a beef burger jalapeños and tortilla crisps. So went to the takeaway didn't listen to word of what was said swore and told us to get out safe to say I will not be returning I was very disappointed

First of all my food looks like it’s been kicked round the shop then when I tasted my churros they tasted like onion rings which is very disappointing. First time we tried it here, safe to say won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here yesterday. One of the best chicken burgers I’ve tasted, crispy and scrumptious and not salty unlike most chicken burgers. All food was freshly prepared. I called the staff for an enquiry and they were very friendly and helpful. Would order again 👍👍

Uneatable food. Chips arrived with a hair on it in a containers with burnt holes in them, wings awful both visually and taste wise, chips old, dry and cold, nuggets overcooked, most likely reheated, AWFUL quality, AWFUL taste, DISGUSTINGLY packed and delivered as a total mess. I don't recommend to anyone.

Haven't used adeels for long time kept missing items of my order...the quality of the food as gone down hill from what it used to be .. so thought I would give them another try ) ordered chips with my order they were missing wanted a medium hot curry it was mild .. apparently a mild curry is a medium hot ????? So I was told.. total disgrace ... Will never use them again .. i wouldn't mind but I always give them a good tip ...

This is the first time I ordered from here. I ordered beef burger with chips, chips looked re fried.Beef burger had a funny smell to it.The waffle was like eating rubberSpent £28 on this wasn't worth it at all.

Ordered a chicken madras and balti, and have to say it was absolutely lovely. Extremely well cooked. All the flavours of the spices came through unlike some curries, that just burn your mouth and leave you wanting to extinguish the fire with water. Top marks to the chef. Most definitel ordering from here again.

Normally spot on but was disappointed tonight. Ordered "loaded chips" with salad chilli sauce & mint sauce. No salad or sauces & loaded should be swapped for "drizzled" there was hardly any pizza tomato sauce on. Phoned to say order wasn't right & was promised it to be rectified, which never happened. Be a long time before order from here again, if I ever do

Normally very good service but today we had to argue our point to the person taking the order over the phone. Were down a meal 3 people out of 4 are eating tonight and all the food is cold because the driver was misinformed about the address. Really let down guys honestly. Edited to 1 star from 2 (2 was given in consideration of how they're normally good) but we've spoken to 3 people over the phone and there's a pattern of going round in circles with all 3 of them. Guess were not eating or going here again.

Lucky to be getting one star as I would give less if possible but wanted to write this review. Truly disappointed, I order regularly from adeels but cam safely say after tonight I won't ever order from there again. I live 2mins from this takeaway but I think I the driver had a crash on the way (bu what the food looked like) but he didn't. The food was an utter mess, we ordered pizzas but I looked like the toppings had been chewed up and spat back out on it. Its was disgusting, my children aren't usually fussy eaters but even they wouldn't eat most of it. There was one pizza that was ok standards so my son tried it but unfortunately the chicken piece had a bone in it so due to that all the pizzas got thrown away. Unsure if these or new people who have took over the takeaway or they have just got slack but disappointing is an understatement and I won't ever order from there. I would also add pictures of the food if I had the option but it won't allow me too..... but these pictures will be getting shown to the correct people.
