I am a big booths fan normally but must say very disappointed this time. Ordered food and drinks in cafe and we were warned it would be about 20 mins wait as they had been very busy.Drinks arrived around 15 mins later.About 40 mins later we were approached by a member of cafe staff and asked if we had ordered any food.Obviously I replied yes but no apologies given that order was not even started.I said I would like a complete refund as not happy with situation.I did get an apology from girl giving refund but was not refunded in full as we had to pay for drinks.Sorry to say will not be frequenting their cafe's any more.

Sorry no ...I live in ilkley and have only visited once.it smells weird.like it hasn't been cleaned properly.it has a old style nettos feel if nettos would still be around with marks and sparks over the top prices.tje tills are far to close together not the greatest for wheelchairs

Love this supermarket. I also love the fact that in the modern world of convenience we live in, there are still family owned stores like this that remain true to their values. Things are more expensive but they also have good offers on and have a good array of products that are difficult to source normally. Love that they also had a Rafi’s Spice in there, set up in a table close to the deli. Another example of them supporting local producers.

Delighted with today's visit, all the staff were very helpful and clearly enjoying their activities. The available product choice and quality made for an easy and pleasant shop. Excellent cafe, clean comfortable and with a wide choice, again very help full staff. A Collins

I like Booths but only for special food. Their prices for normal groceries are ridiculous. The Chinese food is great but why can’t I buy egg fried rice on its own? It stops people buying a dish without rice included.Even the first markdowns are too dear cf other supermarkets.

Brilliant, what a pleasant supermarket, was a pleasure to shop, very friendly and helpful shop, Trolleys that are clean and wheel where you push them ( a first) carpark slightly larger than most spaces....( bonus to the older folk) Fabulous place, my first time, bit could become my favourite place to shop, love it, well done Booths

Excellent food in booths restaurantOur 1st visit to BoothsWe are not local ,but we thought we would try Booths for a lunch break .the staff ( Tracy especially ) not to undermine the other staff but Tracy was lovelyFood was 1st class with prices to match ,excellent value for moneyOnly wish I lived nearer so I could visit more often .The cakes were equally nice alsoWill definitely returnWhen next in the area !Thank you to every one for making our visit a day to remember !

I absolutely love this supermarket and alrhough jts more pricey than some i feel relaxed and enjoy the experience whereas a regular supermarket trip for a weekly shop can feel really overwhelmingI like rhat they have a great range of fresh stuff including veg and pastries as soon as you walk in. It sets the tone for deciding to be kind to yourself rather than all the sugar and processed stuff. The butchers and dairy is all high quality and the bargain (discounted) sections have some great quality offers usually

This is a quality supermarket with many of the products sold sourced from local suppliers in Lancashire,Westmorland,Cumberland,West and North Ridings. Not cheap but very good and unique. The shoppers cafes are excellent and I highly recommend you try them, again not cheap bur high quality, also they have separate counters like deli and tobacco/newspapers/magazines which often sell the local newspapers in your locality,a very good supermarket highly worth a visit!
