Great place enjoy a drink or a snack all served with a smile. Lovely service from wonderful friendly staff.

What makes this branch so great is the warm welcome from the staff. Dennis, Adrian and Sam. It is always a joy to walk in and place an order before opening my laptop. Whether writing afresh or editing a previous chapter I can just drop into a happy routine here at Cafe Nero in Bradford.

Ok so the milks were sitting on the counter (multiples of the various types) but I didn’t think anything of it. My partner and I got coffees with my partner having regular milk and me having an alt milk. We also had some sandwiches from the fridge that they heated for us. Anyways, we’ve both come home with very upset stomachs and a lot of pain.Either the milks were out and shouldn’t have been or the place is unclean or something.Anyways, I’ll never be going and will certainly be telling everyone else to avoid it as well.

Nice little coffee spot!! Coffee cake is delicious, would definitely buy it again.

Love this place, one my favourite coffee shops to visit in Bradford city centre to socialise/work. All the baristas are so friendly, I have never had a bad experience. Customer service is brilliant, the atmosphere is wonderful and the coffee is lovely.

Went in for the first time. Staff was lovely. Had a latte. Sat by the window. Watched the world flow by listening to easy music on the in house stereo. I was so relaxed. I've never felt it in other coffee places. Got up to leave and staff said thank you. If you need time out go to this place. A+ from me.

So convenient as we were out of shopping mall n looking for a cafe. Perfect location, clean with plenty of seatings. Nice n cool staff. Ordered couple of things in cakes, bars & muffins section as well as coffees, quick respond. Lovely time we had there. Thanks to the staff

By far the best coffee shop in Bradford and the only decent thing about this city! Phenomenal coffee and great staff (including a quirky manager) that are highly professional, polite, friendly and welcoming! This may be part of a chain...But it has character and characters...Bradford's very own version of the Cheers bar from the US 🇺🇸 comedy of the same name.

Best carrot cake I've ever tasted was delicious and the cappuccino was beautiful too....love it in cafe nero there always so polite and friendly .
