Chan's Kitchen in Bradford

Can be a bit hit and miss depending on what you order, we find if you avoid anything with beef and the starters you're generally good (the duck starter is good). Some good tasty dishes but the inconsistency based on your selection means it's 3 stars. Stick by my rules and you'll be good.

Have been a long time supporter of the place. Love the food, but found a foreign object in my food the other day and the customer service was poor. At first they were completely willing to help and did not say much to apologise, but did call back to apologise and offer a refund claiming they were busy. Which could have been said instead of being rude. Not sure I'd go back as while they did make amends no responsibility was taken and very little interest was shown in trying to figure out what happened.

Freezing cold, portion size was tiny and rude staff. I contacted the restaurant first to advise I was unhappy and was told they could do nothing. Please do not order from here because the food is the biggest insult to Chinese cuisine. Awful food and even worse customer service.

We chose this takeaway as it had a 4* hygiene rating, however we found a long black hair in our duck in plum sauce which was really concerning in the current virus spreading climate. Really dissapointed. Apart from that, the flood was nice.

Excellent food which was piping hot. The quality was good. Delivery was a little over when expected, hence one star dropped. Very pleased with the service.

Horrified after the vegetarian spring rolls I ordered had chicken in them! When I rang up to complain I was very disappointed that the situation was not dealt with at all. I appreciate that mistakes can happen but reading out the ingredients for what is in the vegetable spring rolls does not alter the fact that I was sent the chicken ones. Lost a long time customer. What a shame.

Complete waste of time! I gave full detailed directions to my front door with my order but, even after 5 minutes on the phone with the driver, still no food. To me therefore Chan's Kitchen are totally useless but fortunately we have plenty of good restaurants to choose from here.

I'd placed an order via Just Eat but hadn't received confirmation so rang the shop. They spent time tracking the order down, found I'd mistakenly used next day's date on the order and sorted it out for me, ringing me to let me know what had happened and then delivering the order really promptly. The food was good and they'd really gone the extra mile with the service

Found a nice long hair in my salt and pepper chicken! Won't refund me as I payed through just eat. It's bank holiday, and I have to wait for it to go back in my bank! Not happy at all £17 order in the bin

Ordered spare ribs, chicken fried rice and chips. The spare ribs were edible, the chips okay but the rice was disgusting.I have never ever had rubbery fried rice before in my life and it is not something I'd want anyone to eat. Rang them back and complained, argued with me and said he wouldn't give me my money back but would give a discount next time.Well I am not going to you ever again. There has been other low reviews and I thought I'd see for myself what they're like.Bad decision. I do not reccomend this takeaway at all
