Save your money and f off to McDonald's instead. Putting it simply, this dive knows nothing about food, it's hygiene practices or customer service. I would hands down stick with what I know and go to McDonald's. The chicken is undercooked and I think bought frozen (though I can't prove it) the chips are left for days on end to rot, them reheated and served up to customers. I can't even fathom how many bones I found in my 'boneless' chicken meal.It was rank, overpriced and just unsanitary.

Found a bone in the burger at this place. Gave a chance to these guys at the counter to rectify. Did not even bother apologising.

Very nice place lovely and greasy just how i like it but the toilet isnt the cleanest so ill give you a 4 star

DISGUSTING!!! This was the first time I ordered and it will definitely be my last. Tasteless, fatty and undercooked furthermore to call it food would be an insult. It went straight in the bin as I was afraid to give it to the dogs.

Rubbish place to work at and nasty place to eat from. All dodgy and cutting corners to save pennies. The place opposite Foodilicious is much better quality food.Council really need to close this place down as it’s giving other chicken cottage franchises a bad name!

Please, please, please read the reviews before ordering food from there. I did the mistake of not reading. Awful service! Staff have Attitude problem especially the women over the counter who wears specs (she has no manners) both staff speaking in there language (urdu) about the order i made, not knowing i speak it too... none of the staffs know the deals and have to ask you whats in the deal about 50 times. Gave the wrong order even thou i ordered online. Useless! Its shocking how they're still a running business. Using the excuse of covid for getting my order wrong.... they need another job that they're good at!

I ordered food at 8:30 pm and they said it will be an hour, we asked if they can deliver early and they said ok but it arrived at 9:45pm. Burger buns were burnt and the fillet was very small and chips were dry, some of them burnt and was a very small portion. There was no sauce in it just a bit of mayonnaise. I will not be ordering from here again.

Never again will i order from here all the fries with the meals have been cooked more than once they were all hollow & chewy & the lettuce on the burgers is old! & brown! How people can sell food like this to save money on buying fresh lettuce & recooking their chips so they dont have to waist them is beyond me!! Dont waist your money 😡
