Food was really nice to be fair, but everybody in my house got poorly after this so something was wrong with that food or the hygiene standards went been met who knows its put me off takeaways for a while Will definitely not be ordering here again

There crab meat and sweetcorn soup is not crab meat at all its seafood sticks its rip off and false advertising

Food is amazing here had squid last night and it was cooked to perfection and just delicious. Beef curry is always on our order and the chow mien. Just started ordering direct with them cutting out just eat. It’s cheaper and maybe a coincidence but food seems better going direct, also gets delivered quicker. Loving the loyalty scheme too. It’s taken a long time to find a Chinese we love so well done guys keep up the good work. Here’s to more delicious meals from you 👍

Not happy, made an order with just eat, order confirmed, delivery 8pm rang at 8.05 told it will be 2_3 mins , 35 min later still not arrived so cancelled order, 2 min later call to be say order is here. Didn'tacceptt. Wondering how long refund will take. First time ordering will not be again

Lovely food been eating here for 5 years will not eat from any other Chinese I have never had a bad meal and always arrives hot I get 1 every week sometimes twice lol

Absolutely rubbish customer service, lady on call is very rude does not know how to speak or treat customers I am a regular customer order at least twice a week! Every time I seem to have a issue with her she bad mouths customers on call and in shop would not recommend going! However food is lovely just a shame lady on call is very ignorant!!

We usually order for delivery, but as its been taking longer and longer, we decided to collect this time. We ordered early, and collection was confirmed for 5.20pm …. Upon arrival we were told they had only just received the order, and nothing was ready, I was then rudely told “DON’T ARGUE & SIT DOWN” ….. How rude, absolutely disgusted …. You have now LOST a valued customer, I will NOT be using you again.

Definitely not happy. Would like to give 0 stars. On ordering the food the customer service was appalling and hurtful . The hot and sour soup tasted of vinegar and I had two spoons and bin. The spare ribs had no taste of hot so I gave them to my boy. I have used this Chinese for the last 6 years and will now never used again. Total cost of order £18. That's £18 wasted. On the plus side the dilivery driver is a nice chap just a shame he has to diliver food for a company that is obviously not up to standard.

Never had a delivery as I live close enough to collect in person, but the food I've had has always been to a high standard, and it's not too pricey either. Cash only, mind, though there's a cash machine at Asda 2 minutes walk across the road, and more at Sainsbury's another couple of minutes away.

Can't understand why the reviews indicate a score of 4 to 4.5. Just received our order of chicken balls in sweet and sour and special fried rice ALL of which has gone into the bin! I am completely aware that reviews are subjective, however....this 'stuff'....whatever it was....did not even approximate any type of food we've ever tasted. Bland....completely tasteless...awful.So.... Benefit of the doubt.... Sorry guys if you're suffering a bad day but money is hard earned these days butthrowing it in the bin is not our idea of fun.
