Very poor takeaway. We had the honey roast pork which tasted like it was a week old. Very very dry and rubbery, no sauce with the dish at all. The chicken and cashew nuts, (I use the term "cashew nuts" lightly, as there was 7 halves (not even full nuts!!) on the top of the dish), was very poor too, and the free bag of mini spring rolls was supposed to have 10 in, and there was only 8!! Will definitely never go back, and I do not recommend that you waste your money at this takeaway, go somewhere else.

Absolutely disgusted , second time found hairs in food. Spoke to woman on phone who said she would give me partial refund . And wanted the good back to look at the hair to prove it was from there ! It was a long black hair ! (I’m blonde)I kept the food that kids wouldn’t eat because they felt sick at the thought of it . And was going to drop it off but honestly couldn’t be arsed with the denial so threw it in the bin and just won’t go again !!Disgusting hygiene and customer service !!!

Disgusting food. Curry sauce tasted like purfume bbq ribs looked like they was a year old. Salt and pepper chips tasted like they was cooked in oil that's been left for a long time. I only had a few mouthfuls of what I got and the next day I've had nowt but stomach pain also haven't been able to get of the toilet. I rang the place to tell them about the food when I ordered and they acted stupid like they didn't know what I was on about. I will not be ordering from here again. And good luck to you if you do it is vile.

Speacial curry fried rice prawn crackers tasted awful didnt eat much of it was being sick for hours after it rung and told them with we never had complaints since open . DONT NOT ORDER IT WAS AWFUL

App didn't work properly and we nearly ended up being charged twice (once on app then in cash). Granted this was a mis communication so let it slide. But the sweet and sour chicken was all sugar and the curry was very salty. Salt and pepper ribs were ok I guess. I wouldn't go back.

Placed order 1 hour later still not delivered called to be told would be another 30 minutes, asked for a refund to be told no the food is cooked and waiting for the driver. Nice to have food sat for 30 mins waiting for a driver eventually go a refund through Foodhub, Kelly at China Red extremely rude and using bad language swearing 🤬

Placed an order and when it arrived it was missing the chicken sweetcorn soup. I phoned up and explained only for the lady to call me a liar!! She said the kitchen said they sent it. I assured her there is no soup in the bag and as I've paid ide like one sending. They refused and just called me a liar no apology no offer to rectify. Disgusting customer service. And the food we did get was ok but not the best around by far. And with staff that rude I wouldn't bother.
