Lovely helpful staff.Room above the kitchen with some sort of extractor fan going on which disturbed sleep.In fairness the manageress offered alternative accommodation as she knew of the problem but it was a room being restored and the bathroom was out of use so would have had to use the bathroom of the origonal room.Bathroom a bit tired but did the job.Bar understaffed but staff in the restaurant lovely and served a nice breakfast.Well located for the town centre.

Excellent hotel 4 stars overall because at breakfast the service was a little slow, but the food was good when it arrived.

Super bistro. Brill loos. Comfy chic bar. Super position in town. Lots of cafes/bars are either cramped in size or rammed full of folk on a Sat/Sun night so the spacious, comfy Crescent is a v welcome alternative. Service attentive, staff lovely too!!

Only popped in for a drink. Manager knowledgeable on real ales. Lovely surroundings. Restaurant was packed out.

We had one lovely night in Ilkley. Great Hotel and staff. Comfortable bed. The Vegetarian Breakfast was the best I've ever had!

Really good selection of beer on tap and pump. Had the restaurant did in the bar which was good and tasty.

Hotel hosted a large wedding party group for weekend. Excellent and friendly service with great food. Location couldn't be better for all Ilkley had to offer. Well done by all your staff. Hope to return some day.

A regular holiday stop for my wife and me. Lovely rooms, especially the suites, with Bistro Pierre food. Can't beat it! Excellent walks in the local area with local upmarket shopping and quick access to Leeds centre for even more choice.

The restaurant is very good but the pub downstairs really made my trips. Fire in the fireplace plus friendly staff and patrons. Made this Yank feel welcome. Would go out if my way to stay here and will if my travels take me to northern England again.
