Have to give them five stars because they've survived the last 18 months and maintained a good level of service. Nice hotel in a quiet location. Comfortable rooms with character and an excellent breakfast cooked to order.

The hosts were super friendly and very helpful, breakfasts were lovely the best poached eggs ever, they are really dog friendly and that is a must for us, the evening meal was excellent, we had a lovely stay,

The five-star for the couple running the hotel. The hotel itself is a 3 star. Don't forget with the pandemic, they are struggling couple , trying to keep afloat. I would recommend the hotel anytime. I would like to say thank you again to the who did everything in their power to make out stay enjoyable after my partner had a bad fall and ended up in the a&e

The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included a standard, freshly cooked full English. Upsetting to find masks abandoned by owners and most guests from Monday July 19th. If you have no car and the weather is hot, it's a slog uphill from town, though the canal path is a pleasant alternative.

Small hotel with character. Relaxed atmosphere a clean rooms. In quiet area and well place for exploring Bingley or easy access to venture further out by car.

Very disappointing. Breakfast OK but room damp and bathroom dirty. Ground floor but unable to have windows open at night as no security locks. Not 3 stars.

We booked the whole hotel for our wedding and both our families loved it. Breakfasts were amazing and the staff and owners were so friendly and helpful towards my elderly mother. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yorkshire. Beautiful garden and a few hundred yards from the famous Five Rise Locks.

Owners take pride in the place, comfortable rooms with everything you need with some nice touches (biscuits etc). Breakfast was very good too. I'm staying with work but would happily stay here myself.
