Horrible staff! After waiting over half an hour for our food the women with the mini skirt and a Hijab behind the counter had the audacity to tell us our order was ready ages ago but we weren't informed, she was unprofessional and rude screaming orders out and asking people what they ordered reapeatedly when the order should have already gone through. Then on top of that the food was terrible, undercooked and was given in small portions. Never going there again.

unless you got hours to wait order from ere. 1 and a half hour to deliver and then that was cold too!!

Ordered from this place after seeing the reviews. Got a jacket potato and chicken steak with pasta. Jacket potato was not the best, it was dry and tasteless. I had to add cheese from home to make taste better. Furthermore, I found a bone in the chicken. The chicken steak and pasta was OK at best. On a positive note, the staff are very polite and the decor is lovely.

My son enjoyed his panini. My order got lost and I decided not to wait after 30mins since my son had already eaten. The table wasn't cleared, my son had to eat his food next two left over plates of food. The service and excuses were laughable. But all served with a smile:)

Your order your food on uber eats they'll accept it even tho they no they dont have your item and give you something that they think you'll like lol what a joke and when you ring the shop and tell them ohhh dont worry we'll sort it next time come on it was a good little place this not anymore Its the last time I order

Food is nice but the staff are not very hygienic. The same man at the till taking cash from customers goes in the back and makes and touches your food. Did not wash his hands or put gloves on.

A great cafe in Girlington. This place has great quality food that is available at a very reasonable price. I have been ordering here for years and the food is always tasty and filling. Good variety of breakfast and lunch options. Staff have a good understanding of customer service and are always very polite and welcoming! 5 stars !

Ordered a chicken tikka Panini. Saw staff warming food in the microwave. Taking sandwiches out using their hands. Coughing all over the food. Food was cold other than the chips. There was black charcoal bits at the back of the Panini and to top it off had a bone inside the chicken. Not going there again. What a waste for the price.
