Great Wall in Bradford

I am very discussed with the food this time the chow mean did not have any meat hardly and the ribs was off very very s Ad to say but will never be getting from them again

This is the WORST takeaway I have been to. Where do I start? I ordered chicken wings and chips for £6.90. The chips and wings were plain and left a bad salty taste in my mouth. All the onions and chillies were at the bottom of the box. Absolute joke honestly, the food was not fresh at all. I came back in to the shop to address the issue with the women at the front who was wearing kitchen gloves covered with black marks, absolutely disgusting. In response to my concern all I was met with was and I quote 'NOT MY PROBLEM' this was repeated 2/3 times, she could definitely do with enrolling on some ESOL classes. Absolutely no customer service, of course it's your problem, if someone has a concern then do something about it, relay it back to your chefs. I urge you to stay away from this place, wish I could give BIG FAT ZERO RATING. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WAATE YOUR MONEY HERE. WING HIEST IS ROUND THE CORNER, MUCH BETTER.

This place was recommended by one of my friend and highly recommended to others as well. Place my order on phone with the lady, who was super cool, friendly and polite....Food arrived on time, popping hot 🔥 with amazing taste...reminded me of my trip to China. Highly recommend their salt n paper hot wings or with King prawns, pulled beef with chilli 🌶 garlic sauce. Give it try guys you will love it and you can thanks me later.

I used to come here often. Was one of my favourite spots in bfd.1. The lady who takes your orders laughs at you if you can't say the terms in a perfect Chinese accent.2. Wears gloves and a mask.. But the gloves are black (no joke) because they're never washed or changed..3. They changed the satay skewers recipe.. That used to be their absolute best dish.. And now.. It ain't all that sadly.4. Their last hygiene rating was horrendous.. Hopefully they get their act together.

Wouldn't say this was authentic Chinese food. Never in my life ordered hong kong roast duck and had it arrived in a super sweet gravy with beanspouts and onions in the gravy? C'mon man this is not a hard dish to make how can you get it so wrong?

Ordering food at this restaurant for the second time, my family and I love the salt and pepper series of this restaurant, the food is very crispy!

Absolutely disgusting customer service,the woman at the front ALWAYS looks at you like youre dirt.Then takes your order like YOU OWE HER!! And STILL gets the order wrong.. I drove home and found she had charged me vut didnt give a meal that was missing. When I called her back she was VERY rude and told me not to come again if i wasnt happy.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE..plus I dont know what health and safety would say to the 3 year old walking through ghe kitchen out to the front and all over.

Never liked Chinese food before this place me and my husband absolutely love there food ,staff is straight forward but polite😊😋
