I called in spontaneously after getting stuck in traffic due to roadworks and WOW, I’m glad I did! Absolutely lovely!! Perfectly cooked fish and proper chippy chips!! Great portion size and good value for money. Staff are refreshingly friendly and obliging. They don’t appear to make conversation for the sake of it, they’re actually naturally engaging with their customers! Would recommend highly!!!! 5star across the board.

In My opinion they are the best fish n chips in this area. A little Gem tucked away on Harrogate Road at Greengates. Consistently excellent quality and great sized succulent fish. Always pleasant people and helpful too! Many Thanks. 5 deserved stars.

Lovely team and a handy location, however I’ve stopped coming here as they use beef dripping as fat rather than vegetable oil and I’ve got a house full of fussy eaters! We go to Murgatroyds now which is further away but actually much tastier - beef dripping leaves a horrid greasy aftertaste. I’ll go back if they ever switch!

Not been a few months - happy to report this place is still doing top notch fish and chips. Excellent friendly service, good choice of extras. Maybe the curry sauce could be thicker? Thats a massively minor point though as all the main items are top.
