Greengates Balti in Bradford

Unfortunately I've had to rate it a 3 because I ordered via the app my food has just arrived without my free coke for order over £15. I ordered extra to ensure I paid over £15 for free coke but wasn't sent and food turned up late. Other than that food was nice just ashame about the false advertisement even when I asked about it prior to order.

Ordered my first meal from this take away tonight and then read the reviews after.I was a little concerned by the amount of negative reviews and didn't know what to expect.Well I'm happy to say that not everything you read is true.The food was piping hot and packaged well and very enjoyable and delivered on time.Keep up the hard work guys and thank you for feeding the night shift key workers 👍Will definitely be back.

First time orderd and was very bad thay are a insult to cooking cury won't order again orderdo a meat curry to have couple pieces of meat and qualitype was shocking I opend it to find mainly onions like more than 1 whole onion in that little trayou of sauce guys just close down be for the best

Cancelled order after 1 hour 20 mins only ordered 1 pizza. Finally arrived 1 hour 35 mins. 1 PIZZA.... 0.2 MILES AWAY FROM THE BALTI I AM 🙈

Curry was very average, chips were cold and soggy, wrap was ok-ish , never again but typical for a takeaway of this quality

Very appalled at the lack of customer service from greengages balti tonight. I have phoned up to notify the shop that I only had 7 little bits of chicken in my curry and they told me that it was how it's made and that my curry has more sause in it than anything else they are forgetting I've ordered this for the last 2 years and get at least one per week. I will not be ordering from them again and I hope I see the guy on the phone one day.

Well just ordered from here for the first time, and will never order again. Ordered a chicken curry with chapatis, chips and chicken pakora. Order came quickly, but no chips. Called and they were supposed to be sent. It's now been 30 mins and not received, food has gone cold waiting so gone in the bin. Curry was just sauce with 6 tiny pieces of chicken. Phone is now constantly engaged, so appears taken off the hook. Not very good service and can't cook as I don't currently have a working kitchen. I know this is unprecedented times, but shouldn't deter good service.

Ordered dinner from here for the first time, currently an hour late and still waiting. Called up twice, first time, had a lass go 'gonna be about 20minutes late soz boss'Half an hour later i called again, was told itd be another 10minutes.Avoid this takeway, theyre useless.Cant even review the food quality as it hasnt TURNED UP

First time ordering. Took a little while to deliver as they were really busy as we were told when we phoned . Really nice curries and starters though so will be ordering again

Ordered at 10:11 pm 40 min order they said, chicken curry 2 popadoms bottle of coke, it just arrived, at 11:40 i only live 2 streets away, jokers, normaly spend £60 a week with them this is third time it's happened time for a review, never order from here again got work in morning order from parmoz on harogate road quality
