Heavenly Desserts Bradford in Bradford

One of my favourite places to get dessert is heavenly desserts, where I've been visiting for years. Firstly, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding as well. Every time we visit, the staff makes us feel welcome. Sana, a member of the staff, in particular, is fantastic at her job. Overall the place is 10/10.

Wanted to eat good cheesecake so decided to try this place. Bad decision. The cheesecake tasted really cheap like whipped cream. Service was okay, not great. Coffee's good. Ordered another waffle because cheesecake was bad, waffle is good. What good is the nice decor and ambience if the actual dessert product is poor?

We order 3 wafles and 1 duo salted caramel and pistacio mochi. DUO means 2 salted caramel and 2 pistachio but was only 3 balls and completly frozen. Also for wafles was not enogh fruits. 6 raspberies for walfes thats only 1 and half per piece. DISPOINTED for heavenly Desserts. Taste was OK

Bit overrated to be honest, the drinks are no way as good as their look the waffles were decent but cakes are dry the deco is new so nice place, wait was very very long

Great place and very good strandeds of service. We was served quite quickly and a fairly large menu choice. We've ordered the Brownie Explosion, cookie dough and a couple of hot drinks.

Excellent staff who know what friendly genuine customer service is with a smile. Lovely, clean, spacious, modern dessert place this is. Love the decor very classy. Menu is a well presented booklet. Whilst we was waiting for our desserts the staff member could see my little girl was getting agitated so gave her a scoop of ice cream to keep her busy which was very thoughtful and appreciated so thank you for that. The waffles were so tastey and saffron milk cake which tasted amazing and was a great recommendation from the staff member. We will 100% be coming back here there is no reason not to. Well done guys.

Very very good experience! Food was on point. Customer service was amazing. Decor was very modern and made you feel your in a high class place. It was very busy and the staff handled it very well. Short wait times and very friendly staff. Would defiantly visit again!

A well run establishment with good decor and ambience. The desserts are good but not exceptional and perhaps slightly over priced, I guess it’s the kind of place you would take someone on a date.

OH MY GOD! Where can I start with this place. The service was amazing and the waiters and staff were just really nice. The desserts were scrumptious and one of the staff prepared an egg free waffle with whatever toppings my brother wanted on it because he has egg allergies. That was a very kind gesture and in these times they are needed more than ever. Overall my family's experience here was AMAZING! Love this place. I had a lotus biscoff waffle.
