Nice food . Good service .

I usually order a lot from here but will never again waiting nearly two hours for food no mention of a waiting time or a discount payed full for a two hour wait an one order was wrong disgusted an never will I order again

Got this last night spent over £30 my poor daughter spent all night throwing up and the runs. My brother also had the runs and we all felt so sick after eating this. Definitely will never be ordering from here again food is absolutely disgusting 🤢

Every single time i order, its wrong..even when replacements come..they are wrong..they do not listen and tell you its what you ordered.. the food was vile, it used to be the best around, standards have dropped.. and the staff are just rude when you defend yourself , will not be ordering again !!!

We have ordered twice over the last month and its been absolutely beautiful cant fault our meal at all, really nice, cooked well, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls and chicken fried rice amazing, would defo recommend been the best we have had in a while, keep it up guys and compliments to the driver as always hes amazing too 😋

Like everywhere some days the meal is lovely some not so but over all a nice meal price is good and the service is to it can get a little busy so be aware when ringing

I ordered food and it took over an hour to get here we live a 5 minute drive down the road it's not even hard to find where I live and the excuse was there must be traffic I live on the main road the traffic was flowing fine

this is my first time as a jades customer, as i am usually a customer of the royal dragon at sandy lane but unfortunately tonight they was closed due to a family wedding.my grandad was visiting tonight and so we thought we would enjoy a chinese and a few drinks together and with this one only being a few doors up from my house we thought we would give it a try, unfortunately we didn't enjoy this food at all, the curry was absolutely awful, the chicken was watery and sloppy. we got well and truly over charged and also charged for delivery when we live only a few doors down! when we rang back up to question this they was very rude and hung up the phone on us! first time customer and last i will never ever use jades chinese again!
