Kfc in Bradford

Last few times I've been here they've given me the nastiest pieces of chicken I've ever seen .. for the money they charge the food needs to be on point everytime but it hardly is so would not recommend at all eating from here

Omg the worst kfc to go too lmao They always mess up your order without a fail and i promise you that lmao And the chicken is either black or bruised

Fries are rank. My son loves chicken. we have to buy fries from competitors big M. Next door.

I got drive through box burger meal apart from a mini fillet all food was cold and tha staff served me was rudefillet inside the burger felt cooked two day before serving size of it Smaller thn the burger bun you can see in picturesthe cups thy using to serve drinks useless

Went to this KFC with my sister and her two young children. Firstly, they had given me the wrong order. Secondly, it gave us all food poisoning. Must be something with the KFC chickens, as my other sister ordered from a completely different KFC on the same day, and also got food poisoning. Will not be ordering from KFC again.

KFC food is great. Just disappointing that the staff don't really have the care. On many occasions they are busy talking in away in front of me whilst I'm waiting to be served at the counter. Quite rude. Sort this issues in restaurant I'm sure ques will move quicker and more importantly satisfied customers, more money etc... Who doesn't want their fast food faster.

I don't generally post negative reviews but today's experience calls for it.Chicken good.However staff rush you along and are more concerned with getting home, whilst I appreciate after a long shift we all want to get home but this shouldn't impact the quality of serviceOrder incorrect. Corn on the cob missing but paid for. No patience to go back. Chips looked like someone had eaten half the portion and were borderline frozen.The attention to quality and listening to the order needs work

After finish my work 10pm tried 2-3 times kfc but Chips and burger was not freshly cooked as usual. It is halal but not fresh. We pay for fresh and don’t get fresh.I decided that I will not eat again from there.

Following my latest negative experience I have decided to put a review on, as you can only give the benefit of the doubt a certain amount of times.Positives: The chicken tastes goodNegatives:Staff consistently get your order wrong.Staff lack customer service skills. No warm greeting to customers. They never smile and can be quite abrupt.The whole staff culture in this KFC branch needs an overhaul.

Just ordered from UBEREATS and the gravy leaked ALL OVER the bag!!!. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS!!! We also ordered pepsi max with it, and they gave us tango, how hard is it to pack a takeaway. RIDICULOUS SERVICE, SO UNPROFESSIONALLY PACKED, CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, TRULY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
