KFC in Bradford

I tried to go in the restaurant to order my food on Friday at 10:38 and the had locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in… they were serving the delivery people via the fire exit. Absolutely terrible service

The worst KFC I have ever been too.The chicken taste like it had been warmed up and had been stood a whileThe chips werent too bad but not to kfc standardsIt also made me feel quite unwell afterwards for the rest of the day.The staff were a little rude and very stressedMajor improvements needed at this restaurant

Food is fine staff always new so don’t know what they are doing I always go through drive through and there is always something missing from my order they don’t listen and the instructions are quite clear and there is always extra payment to be made at end I’m sure I have over paid many times

Ordered food for delivery. No answer when we tried to contact store. Drinks were missing and food was no good. I did read all the negative reviews but my son was insisting on ordering from here what a waste of money!! Definitely won’t be returning!

Awful. Firstly the staff on the drive through especially the woman working there is very rude. No customer skills what so ever. Secondly I received my popcorn chicken which was not cooked. I was offered a new portion from the manager however I just got my refund as I am put off ever going there again. They need to improve this branch. How can they risk giving undercooked chicken?!

Poor quality of food and Really Poor customer service. I've visited several KFC's up and down the country but have to state this is the worst in the country. Miserable staff very rarely acknowledge or even smile, make you wait at the counter for longer than any other branch and then just dump your food on a tray without eye contact or a smile.

I ordered mashed potatoes nd I got some cold fries instead plus I order 1 chicken pice and I haven't got it .I am trying to contact them ever since but nobody picks the call.Mistakes can happen if this was a mistake then I want a refund or the food I ordered and I paid for !

This restaurant is a shambles and the management are an embarrassment. Inside tables are always dirty, food is semi warm and there’s no customer service at all. Outside the surrounding streets are a mess with litter everywhere and you never see staff litter picking. The manager and area manager need sacking as they don’t have a clue.

I got drive through box burger meal apart from a mini fillet all food was cold and tha staff served me was rudefillet inside the burger felt cooked two day before serving size of it Smaller thn the burger bun you can see in picturesthe cups thy using to serve drinks useless

Just ordered from UBEREATS and the gravy leaked ALL OVER the bag!!!. IT WAS A COMPLETE MESS!!! We also ordered pepsi max with it, and they gave us tango, how hard is it to pack a takeaway. RIDICULOUS SERVICE, SO UNPROFESSIONALLY PACKED, CANNOT BELIEVE THIS, TRULY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
